उत्तराखंड में कफ सिरप पर बड़ी कार्रवाई: मुख्यमंत्री के निर्देश पर राज्यभर में छापेमारी, दर्जनों सैंपल जब्त

 मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में उत्तराखंड सरकार ने बच्चों की सुरक्षा को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता देते हुए राज्यभर में अवैध, असुरक्षित और निम्न गुणवत्ता वाली कफ सिरप दवाओं के विरुद्ध अब तक की सबसे व्यापक कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है। इस राज्यव्यापी अभियान की निगरानी स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमार और ड्रग कंट्रोलर श्री ताजबर सिंह जग्गी कर रहे हैं।

राज्य के खाद्य संरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन (FDA) की टीमें हर जिले में सक्रिय हो गई हैं और मेडिकल स्टोर, थोक विक्रेता एवं अस्पतालों पर औचक निरीक्षण किया जा रहा है।

देहरादून: बड़े पैमाने पर छापेमारी, कई सिरपों की बिक्री पर रोक

आज देहरादून में औषधि निरीक्षक श्री मानेंद्र सिंह राणा के नेतृत्व में चकराता रोड, किशननगर चौक, कांवली रोड, बल्लूपुर चौक और प्रेमनगर क्षेत्रों में छापेमारी की गई।

बच्चों में सामान्य सर्दी-जुकाम व खांसी के लिए प्रयोग की जाने वाली कई कफ सिरप की बिक्री पर तत्काल रोक लगा दी गई।
जांच में यह देखा गया कि कई दुकानदारों ने स्वयं संज्ञान लेकर कुछ ब्रांड पहले ही हटा दिए थे।

 निरीक्षण में 11 सिरपों की जांच की गई। Coldrif, Respifresh-TR और Relife जैसे सिरप किसी भी मेडिकल स्टोर पर उपलब्ध नहीं पाए गए।

 ऊधमसिंहनगर: 40 सिरप सैंपल जांच को भेजे गए

वरिष्ठ औषधि निरीक्षक नीरज कुमार और निरीक्षक निधि शर्मा के नेतृत्व में जिले के कई क्षेत्रों में कार्रवाई हुई।

👉 अब तक कुल 40 कफ सिरप के नमूने फॉर्म-17 के अंतर्गत एकत्र कर विश्लेषण हेतु प्रयोगशाला भेजे गए हैं।
इनमें Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide, Chlorpheniramine Maleate और Phenylephrine Hydrochloride जैसे तत्व पाए गए हैं।

 हरिद्वार: 39 नमूने, प्रमुख अस्पतालों पर जांच

अपर आयुक्त के निर्देश पर, औषधि निरीक्षक अनीता भारती के नेतृत्व में रुड़की के एयरन हॉस्पिटल, विनय विशाल हॉस्पिटल और हरिद्वार के मेट्रो हॉस्पिटल से 15 कफ सिरप के नमूने एकत्र किए गए।

 नैनीताल: हल्द्वानी बेस हॉस्पिटल से सैंपलिंग

Soban Singh Jeena Base Hospital, हल्द्वानी से 3 कफ सिरप के नमूने लेकर देहरादून की प्रयोगशाला भेजे गए हैं।

 कोटद्वार: Respifresh TR का स्टॉक सीज

एफडीए टीम ने Respifresh TR सिरप का स्टॉक सीज कर दिया, जिसे पूर्व में “नॉन-सूटेबल क्वालिटी (NSQ)” घोषित किया जा चुका है।

👉 कार्रवाई आज भी जारी रही, और तीन नए नमूने जांच हेतु भेजे गए।

अल्मोड़ा: Respifresh TR की 12 बोतलें जब्त

चौखुटिया और चांदीखेत क्षेत्रों में एफडीए टीम ने छापेमारी कर छह मेडिकल स्टोरों की जांच की।

👉 Respifresh TR (Batch No. R01GL2523) की 12 बोतलें जब्त की गईं। साथ ही चार कफ सिरप के नमूने विश्लेषण के लिए लिए गए।

 रुद्रप्रयाग, उत्तरकाशी: लगातार सैंपलिंग अभियान जारी

  • रुद्रप्रयाग के तिलवाड़ा क्षेत्र में थोक और रिटेल दुकानों से 4 सिरप सैंपल लिए गए।

  • उत्तरकाशी में औषधि निरीक्षक मोहम्मद ताजिम की टीम ने 4 खतरनाक सिरपों के सैंपल लिए और दुकानदारों को चेतावनी दी।

 प्रतिबंधित सिरपों की सूची:

  1. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Syrup (KL-25/148)

  2. Coldrif (SR-13)

  3. Respifresh TR (R01GL2523)

  4. Relife (LSL25160)

 एफडीए की अपील

एफडीए ने सभी नागरिकों से अपील की है कि यदि कहीं पर भी उपरोक्त प्रतिबंधित सिरप बेचे या स्टोर किए जाते पाए जाएं, तो स्थानीय औषधि निरीक्षक या एफडीए कार्यालय को तुरंत सूचित करें।

 दोषी पाए जाने वाले मेडिकल स्टोर, थोक विक्रेताओं और कंपनियों के खिलाफ लाइसेंस रद्द करने, जुर्माना लगाने, और कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

 मुख्यमंत्री की स्पष्ट चेतावनी

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने स्पष्ट कहा है कि:

“बच्चों की सेहत से किसी भी कीमत पर समझौता नहीं किया जाएगा। राज्य में किसी भी नकली या असुरक्षित दवा के लिए कोई जगह नहीं है।“
