UKSSSC पेपर लीक मामला: देहरादून में 8 अक्टूबर को होगी जनसुनवाई, आयोग अध्यक्ष न्यायमूर्ति यूसी ध्यानी सुनेंगे शिकायतें

 उत्तराखंड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग (UKSSSC) की परीक्षा में पेपर लीक के आरोपों की जांच के लिए गठित एकल सदस्यीय जांच आयोग अब राजधानी देहरादून में जनसुनवाई करने जा रहा है। आयोग के अध्यक्ष न्यायमूर्ति यूसी ध्यानी 8 अक्टूबर को सर्वे चौक स्थित IRDT सभागार में जनता से संवाद करेंगे और इससे संबंधित सभी शिकायतें और तथ्य सुनेंगे।

इस जनसुनवाई का उद्देश्य पेपर लीक प्रकरण से प्रभावित या संबंधित लोगों की बातों को सीधे तौर पर सुनकर न्यायसंगत जांच को आगे बढ़ाना है। इससे पहले आयोग हल्द्वानी और टिहरी में जनसुनवाई कर चुका है।

UKSSSC की परीक्षा में पेपर लीक के आरोप 21 सितंबर को सामने आए थे, जिसके बाद प्रदेश भर में युवाओं ने लगातार आठ दिन तक प्रदर्शन किया। युवाओं की नाराजगी और बढ़ते दबाव के बीच मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने स्वयं प्रदर्शनकारियों से संवाद किया और मामले की CBI जांच की संस्तुति की।

इसके साथ ही, राज्य सरकार ने पूर्व न्यायमूर्ति यूसी ध्यानी की अध्यक्षता में एक एकल सदस्यीय आयोग का गठन किया, जिसका कार्य है — पेपर लीक से जुड़े सभी पहलुओं की गहराई से जांच करना और इसमें संलिप्त व्यक्तियों की जिम्मेदारी तय करना।

आयोग की भूमिका:

  • अभ्यर्थियों और संबंधित पक्षों से तथ्य एकत्र करना

  • परीक्षा संचालन में हुई अनियमितताओं की जांच करना

  • सुझाव और रिपोर्ट राज्य सरकार को सौंपना

सरकार का कहना है कि इस पूरे मामले में पूर्ण पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही सुनिश्चित की जाएगी ताकि भविष्य में ऐसी घटनाएं दोबारा न हों।
