युवाओं के मन में किसी भी तरह का संदेह, शंका नहीं रखना चाहती है सरकार
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सोमवार को परेड ग्राउंड में आंदोलन कर रहे युवाओं के बीच पहुंचकर उत्तराखंड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग की गत सप्ताह आयोजित परीक्षा प्रकरण की सीबीआई जांच कराने पर सहमति दे दी है।
सोमवार दोपहर बाद सीएम धामी अचानक, परेड ग्राउंड में आंदोलनरत युवाओं के बीच पहुंच गए। यहां सीएम ने युवाओं का पक्ष सुनने के बाद कहा कि युवा इस त्योहारी सीजन में इतनी गर्मी के बीच आंदोलन कर रहे हैं, इससे खुद उन्हें भी अच्छा नहीं लग रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि सरकार का एक ही संकल्प है कि परीक्षा प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह पारदर्शी होनी चाहिए। विगत चार साल में सरकार ने इसी संकल्प के अनुसार काम किया है।
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने युवाओं से भावुक अपील करते हुए कहा कि वो जानते हैं कि उत्तराखंड के युवा और छात्र पढ़ाई के बाद सरकारी नौकरी के लिए तैयारी करते हैं। इसी आधार पर उनके पास जीवन के लिए खूबसूरत सपने होते हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उन्होंने खुद ऐसी परिस्थितियों को देखा है, छात्रों और युवाओं के बीच काम करते हुए, इसका अनुभव लिया है।
युवाओं को संबोधित करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी कहा कि विगत दिनों सामने आए प्रकरण की जांच हाईकोर्ट के रिटायर्ड जज की निगरानी में एसआईटी द्वारा की जा रही है। कमेटी ने काम भी शुरु किया है, लेकिन फिर भी युवा सीबीआई जांच की मांग कर रहे हैं, इस कारण सरकार इस मामले में सीबीआई जांच की संस्तुति करेगी। इसमें कोई रुकावट नहीं आएगी।
मैं भी आया हूं धरना स्थल पर
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि वो चाहते तो ये बातचीत कार्यालय में भी हो सकती थी, लेकिन युवाओं के कष्ट को देखते हुए, उन्होंने खुद धरना स्थल पर आने का निर्णय लिया है, वो पूरी तरह युवाओं के साथ हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार ने पिछले चार साल में पारदर्शी तरीके से 25 हजार से अधिक सरकारी भर्तियां की है, इमसें कहीं कोई शिकायत नहीं आई है। सिर्फ एक प्रकरण में यह शिकायत आई है, इसलिए युवाओं के मन से हर तरह की शंका को मिटाने के लिए सरकार पूरी तरह प्रतिबद़ध है। सीएम धामी ने कहा कि विगत सप्ताह भी जब युवा उनसे मिले थे तो उन्होंने तब ही स्पष्ट कर दिया था कि सरकार चाहती है कि युवाओं के मन में कोई अविश्वास, संदेह या शंका न रहे। इसलिए वो बिना किसी को बताए सीधे यहां परेड ग्राउंड में चले आए हैं।
मुकदमें वापस होंगे
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि आंदोलन के दौरान यदि युवाओं पर कहीं कोई मुकदमें दर्ज हुए हैँ तो उन्हें वापस लिया जाएगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि अमृतकाल के विकसित भारत में उत्तराखंड देश का सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य बने, इसमें युवाओं की सबसे महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका होगी।
