सीएम पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि सेना की चार साल की नौकरी के बाद युवाओं को भविष्य के लिए अन्य अवसर दिए जाएंगे। चार साल की नौकरी के बाद सेवा निधि पैकेज मिलेगा। कहा कि मैं सैनिक का बेटा होने के कारण गौरवान्वित हूं।
अग्निपथ योजना को लेकर विरोध के बीच सीएम पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने गुरुवार को पत्रकारवार्ता की। उन्होंने कहा कि युवाओं के लिए सेना में जाने का यह सुनहरा मौका है। कहा कि इस योजना का सभी युवाओं को लाभ उठाना चाहिए। देश को योद्धा देने में उत्तराखंड हमेशा आगे रहा है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने मीडिया से वार्ता में कहा कि सेना की चार साल की नौकरी के बाद युवाओं को भविष्य के लिए अन्य अवसर दिए जाएंगे। चार साल की नौकरी के बाद सेवा निधि पैकेज मिलेगा। राज्य में नौकरियों में उन्हें विशेष अवसर मिलेगा। राज्य के विभिन्न सेवाओं में प्राथमिकता के आधार पर रोजगार के अवसर दिया जाएगा। अग्निवीरों को पुलिस, अग्निशमन और आपदा प्रबंधन में रोजगार दिया जाएगा। सेवा नियमावली भी तैयार होगी।
अग्निपथ योजना के माध्यम से देश की सैन्य ताकत को मजबूती मिलने के साथ ही युवाओं की कौशलता और प्रतिबद्धता में भी खासा सुधार आएगा। सीएम धामी ने कहा कि भारतीय रक्षा व्यवस्था को लेकर पिछले कुछ सालों में कई बड़े सुधार देखने को मिले हैं।
अग्निपथ योजना को लागू करने का जो निर्णय लिया गया है, उससे देश के नौजवान चार साल की सेवा सेना में दे सकेंगे। इस योजना से अग्निवीर तैयार किए जाएंगे, देश के नौजवान आर्म फोर्स में जा सकेंगे। उन्हें नई तकनीक से ट्रेंड किया जाएगा और देश को हाई स्किल आर्म फोर्स मिलेगी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सेना को विश्व की बेहतरीन सेना बनाने की दृष्टि से यह ऐतिहासिक फैसला लिया गया है।अग्निवीरों को अच्छा वेतन मिलेगा। इस योजना के तहत जो जवान चार साल बाद यहां से निकलेंगे। राज्य सरकार ऐसे अग्निवीरों को पुलिस की भर्ती में प्राथमिकता से अवसर देगी।
इसमें 17 साल 6 माह से 21 साल तक के 10वीं एवं 12वीं पास युवा आवेदन कर सकेंगे। अगर कोई अग्निवीर देश सेवा के दौरान शहीद हो जाता है, तो उसके परिजनों को सेवा निधि के तहत एक करोड़ रुपये से ज्यादा की राशि ब्याज सहित मिलेगी। इसके अलावा बाकी बची नौकरी का भी वेतन दिया जाएगा।
वहीं अगर कोई अग्निवीर डिसेबल हो जाता है, तो उसे 44 लाख रुपये तक की राशि दी जाएगी। इसके अलावा बाकी बची नौकरी का भी वेतन मिलेगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने हमेशा देश के सैनिकों का मनोबल बढ़ाने का कार्य किया है। सैनिकों की अनेक लंबित मांगों की स्वीकृतियां प्रदान की। आज भारत रक्षा के क्षेत्र में तेजी से आत्मनिर्भरता की ओर बढ़ा है।
