नव संकल्प शिविरों की बूस्टर डोज से प्रदेश में संगठन को मजबूत करने में ताकत झोंक रही कांग्रेस बजट सत्र में तीखे तेवर में दिखेगी। चंपावत उपचुनाव में बड़े अंतर से जीत के साथ आत्मविश्वास में भरे नेता सदन और मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी को प्रमुख विपक्षी दल घेरने की तैयारी कर रहा है।
पार्टी की कोशिश में गुटबाजी आड़े न आए, इसे ध्यान में रखकर विधायकों को साधा जाएगा। इस सिलसिले में सत्र से कुछ दिन पहले नेता प्रतिपक्ष यशपाल आर्य देहरादून में डेरा डालेंगे।
विधानसभा का बजट सत्र 14 जून से प्रारंभ हो रहा है। तकरीबन सात दिनी सत्र के दौरान सरकार को घेरने के लिए कांग्रेस गरजती और बरसती नजर आएगी। दो-तिहाई बहुमत से सत्ता में काबिज भाजपा की धामी सरकार अपने दूसरे कार्यकाल के पहले बजट में अपना एजेंडा सामने रखने जा रही है।

विधानसभा चुनाव में हार के बाद कांग्रेस हाईकमान ने प्रदेश अध्यक्ष, नेता प्रतिपक्ष और उपनेता प्रतिपक्ष के पदों पर चयन में बदले तेवर दिखा दिए। यद्यपि इससे गुटबाजी तो खत्म नहीं हुई, असंतुलन को आधार बनाकर विधायक और कार्यकर्त्ता में खिंचाव गाहे-बगाहे सामने आता रहता है।
