देहरादून – मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी की पहल पर अग्निपथ योजना के संबंध में पूर्व सैनिकों के साथ विचार विमर्श का संवाद कार्यक्रम आयेजित किया गया। यह संवाद कार्यक्रम सीएम कैम्प कार्यालय के मुख्य सेवक सदन में आयेजित किया गया। गौरतलब है कि उत्तराखण्ड पहला राज्य है जहां अग्निपथ योजना पर पूर्व सैनिकों के साथ संवाद कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया है।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड देवभूमि के साथ ही वीर भूमि और सैन्य भूमि भी है। उत्तराखण्ड के युवाओं में देशभक्ति की भावना कूट-कूट कर भरी है। अधिकांश युवाओं ने अग्निपथ योजना का स्वागत किया है। हमारा दायित्व है कि हम अपने युवाओं को अग्निपथ योजना के सही तथ्यों के बारे में अवगत कराएं। इसे लेकर युवा भ्रमित न हों।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि अग्निपथ योजना भी देशहित में लाई गई है। चयनित अग्निवीरों में से 25 प्रतिशत तो नियमित किये ही जाएंगे, बाकी 75 प्रतिशत के लिये भी विभिन्न अर्धसैन्य बलों, राज्यों के पुलिस बलों व अन्य संस्थानों में व्यवस्था की जा रही है। सेना के अनुशासन में प्रशिक्षित अग्निवीर को सभी जगह निश्चित तौर पर प्राथमिकता मिलेगी। सेना से आने पर उसके पास इतनी जमाराशि हो जाएगी कि वह अपना स्वयं का व्यवसाय भी प्रारम्भ कर सकता है। या फिर उच्च स्तरीय अध्ययन भी कर सकता है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि अग्निवीरों को आकर्षक वेतन पैकेज के साथ ही रिस्क व हार्डशिप एलाउंस भी दिये जाएंगे। चार साल की अवधि के बाद पारदर्शी तरीके से 25 प्रतिशत नियमित सेवा में जाएंगे। जबकि शेष 75 प्रतिशत को वन टाईम सेवा निधि पैकेज दिया जाएगा। इस वर्ष 46 हजार अग्निवीर भर्ती किये जाएंगे। इससे सेना की यंग प्रोफाइल होगी जिससे भविष्य की चुनौतियों से निपटा जा सकेगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड के पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में पलायन की समस्या है। यहां हॉर्टीकल्चर में व्यापक सम्भावनाएं हैं। राज्य सरकार हॉर्टीकल्चर में अग्निवीरों को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिये योजना की रूपरेखा तैयार करेगी। राज्य पुलिसबलों में प्राथमिकता की बात पहले ही कही जा चुकी है।
