उत्तराखंड का ऊर्जा क्षेत्र 2026 में आत्मनिर्भरता की ओर बढ़ेगा, जिसमें 2025 की नींव पर मजबूत ढांचा खड़ा किया जाएगा। लक्ष्य है विश्वसनीय, स्मार्ट और आपदा-रोधी ऊर्जा तंत्र विकसित करना। इसमें हाइड्रो-सोलर-स्टोरेज का संतुलित मॉडल, उच्च क्षमता ट्रांसमिशन नेटवर्क और उपभोक्ता-केंद्रित स्मार्ट वितरण प्रणाली शामिल है। बैटरी ऊर्जा भंडारण प्रणाली ग्रिड स्थिरता बढ़ाएगी, जबकि स्मार्ट मीटरिंग और एआई आधारित सिस्टम सेवाओं को बेहतर बनाएंगे।
वर्ष 2026 उत्तराखंड के ऊर्जा क्षेत्र के लिए उम्मीदों, निवेश और क्रियान्वयन का वर्ष बनने जा रहा है। वर्ष 2025 में ऊर्जा सुरक्षा, नवीकरणीय विस्तार और उपभोक्ता हित संरक्षण की जो मजबूत नींव रखी गई, उस पर 2026 में ठोस ढांचा खड़ा करने की तैयारी है। बिजली उत्पादन, पारेषण, वितरण और नियमन से जुड़ी संस्थाएं अब नई परियोजनाओं पर काम करने के लिए बढ़ रही हैं। लक्ष्य है भविष्य की मांग के अनुरूप विश्वसनीय, स्मार्ट और आपदा-रोधी ऊर्जा तंत्र विकसित करना।
राज्य स्थापना के 25 वर्षों में उत्तराखंड की स्थापित विद्युत क्षमता 2000 मेगावाट से बढ़कर 4000 मेगावाट के पार पहुंच चुकी है। अब वर्ष 2026 में ऊर्जा तंत्र का फोकस केवल क्षमता बढ़ाने तक सीमित न रहकर हाइड्रो-सोलर-स्टोरेज के संतुलित माडल, उच्च क्षमता ट्रांसमिशन नेटवर्क और उपभोक्ता-केंद्रित स्मार्ट वितरण प्रणाली को धरातल पर उतारने पर रहेगा।
नेटवर्क विस्तार और जीआइएस सबस्टेशन होंगे गेम चेंजर
पावर ट्रांसमिशन कारपोरेशन आफ उत्तराखंड लिमिटेड के लिए 2026 निर्णायक वर्ष होगा। वर्ष 2025 में जिन 220 केवी से 400 केवी ट्रांसमिशन लाइनों, नए जीआइएस सबस्टेशनों और क्षमता वृद्धि परियोजनाओं की डीपीआर तैयार की गई, उन पर वर्ष 2026 में निर्माण कार्य शुरू होने की उम्मीद है। औद्योगिक मांग, शहरी विस्तार और नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा के बड़े पैमाने पर ग्रिड से जुड़ने के कार्यों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। आपदा-संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में तकनीकी उन्नयन और जीआइएस तकनीक से सिस्टम को अधिक सुरक्षित और भरोसेमंद बनाया जाएगा।
ऊर्जा विविधीकरण को मिलेगी गति
उत्तराखंड जल विद्युत निगम लिमिटेड के लिए वर्ष 2026 में उत्पादन स्थिरता और नवीकरणीय विस्तार दोनों प्रमुख एजेंडा रहेंगे। वर्ष 2025-26 के लिए तय 5212 मिलियन यूनिट उत्पादन लक्ष्य के बाद अब नजर वर्ष 2026 में उत्पादन को और स्थिर करने पर है।
सौर ऊर्जा के मोर्चे पर लगभग 117 मेगावाट की नई सौर परियोजनाओं पर 2026 में काम शुरू होने की उम्मीद है।
ग्रिड स्थिरता के लिए बैटरी एनर्जी स्टोरेज पर बड़ा दांव
नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा की बढ़ती हिस्सेदारी के बीच वर्ष 2026 में बैटरी ऊर्जा भंडारण प्रणाली उत्तराखंड के ऊर्जा तंत्र की रीढ़ बनने की दिशा में कदम बढ़ाएगी। तीन स्थानों पर प्रस्तावित 60 मेगावाट-150 मेगावाट-क्षमता वाली बैटरी स्टोरेज परियोजनाओं की डीपीआर तैयार हो चुकी है। इनके क्रियान्वयन की शुरुआत से पीक लोड मैनेजमेंट और ग्रिड स्थिरता को नई मजबूती मिलने की उम्मीद है।
स्मार्ट मीटर, एआइ और डिजिटल सिस्टम का विस्तार
उत्तराखंड पावर कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड के लिए वर्ष 2026 में फोकस रहेगा स्मार्ट वितरण प्रणाली पर रहेगा। अब तक 29 लाख से अधिक उपभोक्ताओं को बेहतर सेवा देने के लिए स्मार्ट मीटरिंग, फीडर आटोमेशन, डिजिटल बिलिंग और आइटी-ओटी सिस्टम का विस्तार किया जाएगा। एआइ आधारित लोड फोरकास्टिंग, आउटेज मैनेजमेंट और फाल्ट डिटेक्शन से न केवल बिजली कटौती कम होगी, बल्कि आपदा के समय बहाली की गति भी तेज होगी।
