मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने समाज कल्याण विभाग की विभिन्न पेंशन योजनाओं के तहत दिसंबर माह की किश्त डीबीटी के माध्यम से जारी की। नौ लाख से अधिक लाभार्थियों के खातों में कुल 140 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की राशि सीधे भेजी गई। मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को वृद्धावस्था पेंशन के लिए 59 वर्ष की आयु से ही पात्रों की पहचान करने के निर्देश दिए, ताकि कोई वंचित न रहे।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने रविवार को मुख्यमंत्री कैंप कार्यालय से समाज कल्याण विभाग के अंतर्गत चलाई जा रही विभिन्न पेंशन योजनाओं के लाभार्थियों के बैंक खातों में डीबीटी प्रणाली के माध्यम से दिसंबर माह की पेंशन किश्त का भुगतान किया। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने नौ लाख 43 हजार 964 लाभार्थियों के खातों में कुल 140 करोड़ 26 लाख 97 हजार रुपये की राशि आनलाइन जारी की।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार समाज के कमजोर वर्गों, वृद्धजनों, विधवाओं, दिव्यांगजनों एवं निराश्रितों के सामाजिक एवं आर्थिक सशक्तीकरण के लिए निरंतर प्रयासरत है।
उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में पारदर्शी शासन व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने के लिए सभी प्रकार के भुगतान अब डीबीटी से सीधे लाभार्थियों के बैंक खातों में किए जा रहे हैं। जिससे समयबद्धता और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित हुई है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने समाज कल्याण विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि वृद्धावस्था पेंशन के लिए 60 साल की आयु होते ही राज्य के जो लोग पात्रता की श्रेणी में आ रहे हों, उनका 59 साल की आयु से ही चिह्नीकरण कर लिया जाय, ताकि पात्रता की श्रेणी में आने पर उन्हें शीघ्र पेंशन का भुगतान किया जाए।
उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार का लक्ष्य है कि समाज के प्रत्येक पात्र लाभार्थी को किसी भी प्रकार की कठिनाई के बिना योजनाओं का लाभ मिले। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि पेंशन योजनाओं के अंतर्गत कोई भी पात्र व्यक्ति वंचित न रहे।
इसके लिए नियमित सत्यापन एवं निगरानी की प्रक्रिया को और अधिक सुदृढ़ किया जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार जनहित की योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन के लिए पूर्ण रूप से प्रतिबद्ध है।
