मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड हरित ऊर्जा उत्पादन में आगे है, जहाँ सोलर खेती का रुझान बढ़ रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि 21वीं सदी का तीसरा दशक उत्तराखंड का होगा और मातृशक्ति विकास में अहम भूमिका निभाएगी। सरकार ने लैंड जिहाद पर कार्रवाई कर भूमि मुक्त कराई है और मदरसों में गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा पर जोर दिया है। पेपरलीक मामले में सरकार ने त्वरित कार्रवाई की है।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने विधानसभा के विशेष सत्र के दूसरे दिन मंगलवार को सदन में कहा कि राज्य आज हरित ऊर्जा उत्पादन में तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है। पीएम सूर्यघर योजना का लाभ उठा रहे हैं। उत्तरकाशी और पौड़ी जैसे पहाड़ी जनपदों में खाली भूमि पर सौर ऊर्जा के लंबे-चौड़े प्लांट देखकर लगता है कि यहां सोलर खेती का रुझान बढ़ रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह एक बेहतरीन अनुभव है। इसके लिए यूपीसीएल को केंद्र सरकार की ओर से पुरस्कृत किया गया है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने बाबा केदार की भूमि से कहा था कि 21वीं सदी का तीसरा दशक उत्तराखंड का होगा। पीएम मोदी के यह अमृत वचन आने वाले वर्षों में साकार होने जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखंड के चौमुखी विकास में मातृशक्ति की सबसे अहम भूमिका होगी।
आज राज्य और देश में हर क्षेत्र में बेटियां जिस गति से तरक्की कर रही हैं उससे उत्तराखंड और देश के विकास में उनकी भागेदारी और बढ़ेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में 207 पैथोलाजी जांच आज निश्शुल्क की जा रही हैं। राज्य स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में काफी आगे बढ़ा है लेकिन इस क्षेत्र में अभी कुछ और आगे बढ़ने की जरूरत है।
