निरीक्षण के दौरान जिलाधिकारी मयूर दीक्षित ने सभी अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि राष्ट्रपति के आगमन पर निर्धारित प्रोटोकाल का पालन किया जाए। एक नवंबर को कार्यक्रम की पूर्ण रिहर्सल होगी, ताकि वास्तविक दिन पर सभी व्यवस्थाएं सटीक और समयबद्ध रूप से क्रियान्वित की जा सकें। जिलाधिकारी ने संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों से कहा कि सभी कार्य निर्धारित मानकों और प्रोटोकाल के अनुरूप किए जाएं।
