उत्तराखंड की धामी सरकार भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई कर रही है। पिछले तीन वर्षों में सतर्कता विभाग ने 78 भ्रष्टाचारियों समेत 27 से अधिक लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है। ‘सतर्कता-हमारी साझा जिम्मेदारी’ थीम पर जागरूकता अभियान शुरू किया गया है, जिसका उद्देश्य भ्रष्टाचार पर लगाम लगाना है। मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ जीरो टालरेंस नीति की बात कही है।
प्रदेश की धामी सरकार का भ्रष्टाचार पर प्रहार जारी है। सरकार के बीते तीन वर्ष के कार्यकाल में सतर्कता विभाग 78 भ्रष्टाचारियों के साथ ही अन्य मामलों में 27 से अधिक व्यक्तियों को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज चुकी है।
भ्रष्टाचारियों पर लगाम कसने की यह मुहिम अब सतर्कता-हमारी साझा जिम्मेदारी थीम पर जनजागरूकता अभियान के रूप में चलाई जा रही है। मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने इसका शुभारंभ किया। यह अभियान नौ नवंबर तक चलाया जाएगा। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने अधिकारियों को सत्यनिष्ठा की शपथ भी दिलाई।
सोमवार को मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सचिवालय में इस जनजागरूकता कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत की। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के मार्गदर्शन में राज्य सरकार भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ जीरो टालरेंस नीति के साथ संकल्पित होकर कार्य कर रही है। राज्य गठन के बाद सतर्कता विभाग ने 339 भ्रष्ट अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों को गिरफ्तार किया। वहीं बीते तीन वर्षों में सतर्कता विभाग ने 78 भ्रष्टाचारियों के साथ ही 27 से अधिक व्यक्तियों को गिरफ्तार किया है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि भ्रष्टाचार पर अंकुश लगाने और शासन व्यवस्था को पारदर्शी एवं उत्तरदायी बनाने के लिए टोल फ्री नंबर 1064 संचालित किया जा रहा है। इसमें से 62 शिकायतों पर ट्रैप और चार शिकायतों में खुली जांच की कार्रवाई की गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में भ्रष्टाचार को किसी भी सूरत में बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा, जो भी भ्रष्टाचार करेगा वह सलाखों के पीछे होगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सभी विभाग इस जनजागरूकता अभियान का व्यापक स्तर पर प्रचार प्रसार करें।
मुख्य सचिव आनंद बर्द्धन ने कहा कि समाज और प्रशासन की मजबूती के लिए सभी कार्मिकों को अपने कार्यों में सत्यनिष्ठा, ईमानदार और अनुशासित होना आवश्यक है। कार्य के प्रति अनुशासन होने से भ्रष्टाचार स्वत: ही समाप्त हो जाता है। कार्यक्रम में पुलिस महानिदेशक दीपम सेठ, प्रमुख सचिव एल फैनई, निदेशक सतर्कता वी मुरुगेशन समेत अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
