यह भूमि तराई पूर्व वन प्रभाग, हल्द्वानी के अंतर्गत आने वाले चैनी कम्पार्टमेंट-14, बनबसा, पूर्णागिरी (टनकपुर) तहसील में स्थित है। इस परियोजना को भूमि बंदरगाह प्राधिकरण, भारत (Land Port Authority of India) द्वारा क्रियान्वित किया जाएगा।
