मुख्य सचिव ने स्पष्ट किया कि युवाओं को प्रदेश के भीतर ही नहीं, बल्कि अन्य राज्यों और विदेशों में भी नौकरी के अवसर उपलब्ध कराना राज्य सरकार की प्राथमिकता है। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि ओवरसीज एम्प्लॉयमेंट सेल और पैनलबद्ध भर्ती एजेंसियों के माध्यम से विदेशों में नौकरियों के लिए प्रयास किए जाएं।

ओवरसीज एम्प्लॉयमेंट सेल का गठन किया जा चुका है।
अब तक 63 युवाओं को जापान और सऊदी अरब में रोजगार और प्रशिक्षण उपलब्ध कराया गया है।
सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस के माध्यम से 351 युवाओं को प्रशिक्षण मिला, जिनमें से 315 को प्लेसमेंट भी मिल चुका है।
वर्तमान में 169 युवा प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर रहे हैं।
