मुख्यमंत्री  पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने रविवार को गुच्चु पानी, देहरादून में ‘मेरी माटी-मेरा देश’ अभियान के अन्तर्गत आयोजित ‘वीरों का नमन’ कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग किया। इस अवसर पर कैबिनेट मंत्री गणेश जोशी,  प्रेमचन्द अग्रवाल, राज्यसभा सांसद  नरेश बंसल, जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष  मधु चौहान, मेयर देहरादून  सुनील उनियाल गामा, मेयर ऋषिकेश  अनीता मंमर्गाइं, विधायक  मुन्ना सिंह चौहान एवं  सविता कपूर भी मौजूद थे।

मुख्यमंत्री  पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने अमर बलिदानियों की स्मृति में शिलापट का अनावरण किया। उन्होंने सभी को पंच प्रण की शपथ दिलाई एवं गुच्चू पानी में अमृत वाटिका के लिए वृक्षारोपण किया। इस अवसर पर पवित्र मिट्टी को हाथ में लेकर शपथ दिलाई गई एवं सेल्फी भी ली गई। मुख्यमंत्री ने सभी को अपनी सेल्फी merimaatimeradesh.Gov.in पर अपलोड करने की अपील की। कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री ने स्वतंत्रता संग्राम सेनानियों एवं शहीदों के परिजनों को सम्मानित भी किया।

मुख्यमंत्री  पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने ’मेरी माटी-मेरा देश’ कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित स्वतन्त्रता संग्राम सेनानियों एवं देश के लिए अपना सर्वोच्च बलिदान देने वाले वीर सैनिकों के परिजनों का स्वागत करते हुए कहा कि यह उनका सौभाग्य है कि आज मुख्य सेवक के रूप में उन्हें सभी को सम्मानित करने का अवसर प्राप्त हुआ। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री  नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के दूरदर्शी नेतृत्व में हमें उन वीरों की वंदना करने का अवसर प्राप्त हुआ है, जिन्होंने देश की माटी की खातिर अपने प्राणों की आहुति दी। प्रधानमंत्री जी ने आजादी के अमृत काल में देशवासियों को पंच प्रण दिए हैं। भारत को विकसित राष्ट्र बनाने का प्रण, गुलामी की मानसिकता से मुक्ति का प्रण, भारत की समृद्ध विरासत पर गर्व एवं उसका संरक्षण करने का प्रण तथा देश की एकता और अखंडता को अक्षुण्ण रखने का प्रण। जिस प्रकार आज तक हमने प्रधानमंत्री जी द्वारा प्रारंभ किए गए प्रत्येक अभियान को अपना सम्पूर्ण सहयोग एवं समर्थन दिया है, उसी प्रकार मुझे विश्वास है कि हम ’मेरी माटी-मेरा देश’ अभियान को भी अपना पूर्ण सहयोग प्रदान करेंगे।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड की भूमि देवभूमि के साथ ही वीरों की भूमि भी है। प्रधानमंत्री  नरेंद्र मोदी जी के प्रयासों से आज सेना न केवल पहले से और अधिक सक्षम और सशक्त हो रही है बल्कि उसकी यश और कीर्ति पताका सम्पूर्ण विश्व में फैल रही है। सरकार जहां एक ओर सेना के आधुनिकीकरण पर बल दे रही है, वहीं दूसरी ओर सैनिकों और उनके परिवारों को मिल रही सुख-सुविधाओं का भी खयाल रख रही है। प्रधानमंत्री जी निरंतर सैनिकों के साहस और मनोबल को बढ़ा रहे हैं। राज्य सरकार भी प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के मार्गदर्शन में सैनिकों एवं उनके परिवार को मिलने वाली सुविधाओं में वृद्धि करने के लिए पूर्ण रूप से प्रतिबद्ध है। राज्य सरकार ने सैनिकों या उनके आश्रितों को मिलने वाली अनुदान राशि बढ़ाने से लेकर शहीद सैनिकों के आश्रितों को राज्य सरकार के अधीन आने वाली नौकरियों में वरीयता के आधार पर नियुक्ति देने का निर्णय भी इसी आशय से लिया है। उत्तराखण्ड राज्य के वीरता पदक से सम्मानित सैनिकों को देय एकमुश्त अनुदान राशि में वृद्धि की गई है। उत्तराखण्ड से द्वितीय विश्व युद्ध की वीरांगना एवं वेटरन की पेंशन प्रतिमाह 8 हजार रूपये से बढ़ाकर 10 हजार रूपये की गई है। स्वतंत्रता संग्राम सेनानी और उनकी विधवाओं की प्रतिमाह पेंशन 21 हजार से बढ़ाकर 25 हजार की गई है। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी द्वारा दिए गए मार्गदर्शन के अनुरूप राज्य में पांचवें धाम की नींव रखते हुए एक भव्य और राष्ट्र भक्ति से ओत-प्रोत सैन्य धाम का निर्माण कार्य तेजी से हो रहा है। सवाड़ में भी सैनिकों की स्मृति में स्मारक बनाया जा रहा है।

कैबिनेट मंत्री श्री गणेश जोशी ने स्वतंत्रता सैनानियों और वीर अमर शहीदों को नमन करते हुए कहा आज यहां पर स्थापित शिलाफलकम् में 33 अमर शहीदों और सैनानियों का नाम अंकित किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह अभियान देश के लिए बलिदान देने वाले वीरों को समर्पित अभियान है। “मिट्टी को नमन, वीरों को वंदन“ नाम शीर्षक के साथ इस अभियान में उत्तराखण्ड में अब तक 2000 से अधिक कार्यक्रम आयोजित किये जा चुके हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत की आज़ादी के 75 वर्ष के पूरे होने और आजादी के अमृत महोत्सव का समापन करने के लिए मेरी माटी मेरा देश अभियान की शुरुआत की गई है। यह अभियान हमारे देश के शहीदों और स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों को श्रद्धांजलि देने का एक प्रयास है। उन्होंने कहा मेरी माटी मेरा देश अभियान के तहत देश के अलग-अलग राज्यों के ग्रामों से 7500 कलशों में मिट्टी लाई जाएगी। इस मिट्टी से नई दिल्ली में कर्तव्य पथ पर अमृत वाटिका का निर्माण किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि यह अभियान उन्हीं गुमनाम शहीदों को सम्मान देने उनके बलिदान को सलाम करने का एक अवसर है। ग्राम्य विकास मंत्री  गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री  पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में वीरभूमि एवं देवभूमि उत्तराखण्ड के 95 विकासखण्डों से पवित्र माटी के कलशों को कर्तव्य पथ के लिए रवाना किया जाएगा।

कैबिनेट मंत्री  प्रेमचन्द अग्रवाल ने कहा कि देश के स्वतंत्रा सेनानियों एवं अमर शहीदों के सम्मान में देशभर में व्यापक स्तर पर मेरी माटी, मेरा देश अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। इस अभियान के तहत प्रदेशभर में अनेक स्थानों पर कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। हमारे इन महानायकों द्वारा देश सेवा के लिये दिये गये योगदान से हमारी युवा पीढ़ी अच्छी तरह परिचित हो रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री  नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के मार्गदर्शन एवं मुख्यमंत्री  पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में प्रदेश तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है।
