मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी से गुरूवार को मुख्यमंत्री आवास में नेपाल के उच्चस्तरीय प्रतिनिधिमण्डल ने भेंट की। उन्होंने भारत-नेपाल से जुड़े विभिन्न सम सामयिक विषयों पर मुख्यमंत्री से चर्चा की। प्रतिनिधिमण्डल में पम्पा भूसाल, रामेश्वर राय यादव, सत्या पहाड़ी, सुरेश कुमार राय, चक्रपाणि खनल ‘बलदेव’ शामिल थे।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि भारत और नेपाल के लोगों में रहन-सहन, धार्मिक रीति-रिवाजों में काफी समानताएं हैं। उत्तराखण्ड का बड़ा क्षेत्र नेपाल की सीमा से लगा हुआ। भारत और नेपाल की चुनौतियां भी लगभग एक जैसी हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रतिनिधिमण्डल के सदस्यों से कहा कि नेपाल के विकास के लिए जो भी सहयोग की आवश्यकता होगी, हर संभव मदद की जायेगी। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा उत्तराखण्ड में मानसखण्ड मंदिरमाला मिशन के तहत कार्य किये जा रहे हैं, इसके तहत पहले चरण में 16 मंदिरों को इससे जोड़ा जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि नेपाल का भी काफी क्षेत्र मानसखण्ड में आता है। नेपाल में भी मानसखण्ड मंदिर माला मिशन के तहत कार्य हों, तो पर्यटन एवं तीर्थाटन के लिए उत्तराखण्ड आने वाले लोगों का रूझान नेपाल की ओर भी बढ़ेगा। जिससे लोगों को आजीविका बढ़ेगी।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि राज्य में जन सुविधाओं के दृष्टिगत अनेक योजनाओं पर कार्य किया जा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री घस्यारी कल्याण योजना के तहत पर्वतीय जनपदों में बहुत कम रेट पर साइलेज उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है। राज्य के गढ़वाल एवं कुमायूं मण्डल में एक-एक इंक्यूबेटर सेंटर बनाया गया है। जिनके माध्यम से लोगों की आजीविका बढ़ाने के लिए प्रशिक्षण एवं अन्य व्यवस्थाएं की गई हैं। इस तरह के मॉडल पर नेपाल में कार्य किये जा सकते हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों को 05 लाख रूपये तक का ब्याज मुक्त ऋण दिया जा रहा है, इसके माध्यम से महिलाएं आत्मनिर्भरता की ओर तेजी से आगे बढ़ी हैं। अपणि सरकार पोर्टल के माध्यम से अधिकांश जन सुविधायें ऑनलाइन की गई हैं। इस तरह की योजनाओं को नेपाल में आगे बढ़ाने के लिए राज्य से उनको जो भी सहयोग की अपेक्षा होगी, वह सहयोग दिया जायेगा।
पम्पा भूसाल ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में उत्तराखण्ड तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है। प्रदेश को एक युवा और उर्जावान नेतृत्व मिला है। उन्होंने कहा कि मानसखण्ड के तहत जिस योजना से उत्तराखण्ड सरकार कार्य कर रही है, नेपाल के पर्यटन मंत्री को वे इसकी जानकारी देंगी। उन्होंने कहा कि जिन योजनाओं का क्रियान्वयन उत्तराखण्ड में बेहतर तरीके से हो रहा है और वे नेपाल के हित में भी होंगी, इन योजनाओं के अध्ययन के लिए समय-समय पर नेपाल से डेलिगेशन भेजने के लिए भी नेपाल सरकार से वार्ता की जायेगी।
