सनातन धर्म इण्टर कालेज, बन्नू रेसकोर्स देहरादून में ‘9 वर्ष उत्कर्ष के’ विकास और संस्कृति का महोत्सव तथा देश के असीम विकास यात्रा कार्यक्रम में आज दिनांक 31 मई 2023 को दूसरे दिन विभिन्न लोक कलाकारों तथा गायकों द्वारा मनमोहक प्रस्तुतियां दी गई। इस अवसर पर मुख्य अतिथि के रूप स्थानीय विधायक उमेश शर्मा काऊ जी ने कहा कि सरकार की योजनाओं को आम नागरिकों तक पहुंचाने के लिए स्थानीय कलाकारों द्वारा प्रस्तुत कार्यक्रम एक अदभुत प्रयोग है।
महानिदेशक सूचना बंशीधर तिवारी ने कहा कि सरकार स्थानीय कला एवम संस्कृति के संरक्षण के निरंतर प्रयास कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि वास्तव में स्थानीय बोली – भाषा ही सरकार की नीति ,योजनाओं एवम कार्यक्रमों को आम नागरिकों तक पहुंचाने का बेहतर माध्यम होता है।
उत्तराखंड के प्रसिद्ध लोक गायक नरेंद्र सिंह नेगी ने केंद्र सरकार और राज्य सरकार द्वारा चलाई रही योजनाओं की भूरि – भूरि प्रसंशा करते हुए कहा कि सरकार के प्रयासों उत्तराखंड वासियों आत्म गौरव पुनः वापस आया है।
उन्होंने कहा आज स्थानीय बोली भाषा के संरक्षण की जरूरत है। नई शिक्षा नीति में सरकार ने स्थानीय बोली भाषा के विकास हेतु जो प्रयास किए है वह उल्लेखनीय है।

आज सूचना विभाग और एमडीडीए के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में उत्तराखण्ड के प्रसिद्ध लोकगायक गढ़ रत्न नरेन्द्र सिंह नेगी तथा प्रसिद्ध गायक दिग्विजय परियार द्वारा दी गई, प्रस्तुतियों ने दर्शकों का दिल जीत लिया ।
कार्यक्रम का मुख्य आकर्षण केंद्र स्थानीय उत्पाद पर आधारित स्टाल थे। इसके अतिरिक्त सरकारी योजनाओं को डिजिटल प्रदर्शनी के माध्यम से प्रस्तुत करना भी बहुत सराहा गया।

कार्यक्रम के अन्तर्गत सरकारी योजनाओं (राज्य एवं केन्द्रीय) एवं जनोपयोगी सेवाओं की प्रदर्शनी के माध्यम से राज्य एवं केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा संचालित जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी प्रदान की गई।
