उन्होंने कहा प्रदेश में स्वास्थ्य, सड़क एवं हवाई कनेक्टविटी, पर्यटन जैसे अनेक क्षेत्रों में निरंतर कार्य किया जा रहा है। मंत्री जोशी ने कहा कृषि के क्षेत्र में आज प्रदेश में अनेक कदम उठाए जा रहे है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने संकल्प लिया है कि 2030 तक भारत विश्व के नंबर एक उत्पादक देश होगा। उन्होंने कहा हम उस पार्टी के सदस्य है जिसका नेता विश्व का सबसे बड़ा नेता है। उन्होंने कहा विश्व की सबसे मजबूत पार्टी है भारतीय जनता पार्टी है। मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने पार्टी के जिला पाधिकारियोंं को केंद्र और राज्य सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं के बारे में जानकारी दी। उन्होंने पार्टी के सभी पदाधिकारियों से सरकार की जन कल्याणकारी योजनाओं को जन जन तक पहुंचाने का आव्हान किया।
मंत्री जोशी ने कहा देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के कुशल मार्गदर्शन और प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री  पुष्कर सिंह धामी जी के नेतृत्व में हमारी सरकार किसानों की आय की आय दोगुनी करने के लिए निरंतर प्रयास कर रही है। मंत्री ने कहा आज मिलेट्स (मंडवा) जिसे पहले पहले गरीबों की थाली का भोजन कहा जाता था। उसे आज देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के प्रयासों से अंतराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पहचान मिल रही है। उन्होंने कहा मोदी जी की दूरदर्शिता के कारण वर्ष 2023 को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मिलेट वर्ष घोषित किया गया है। उत्तराखंड में मिलेट्स के लिए धामी सरकार ने 73 करोड़ रुपए की व्यवस्था की है। मंत्री जोशी ने भरोसा जताते हुए कहा कि सरकार का संकल्प है जब राज्य 25 वर्ष का होगा तो कृषि उद्यान श्री अन्न बागवानी सभी में हम अपने उत्पाद को दोगुना करेंगे। इस दिशा में प्रदेश सरकार लागतार कार्य कर रही है।

इस अवसर पर विधायक सविता कपूर, विधायक विनोद चमोली, महानगर अध्यक्ष सिद्धार्थ अग्रवाल सहित पार्टी के वरिष्ठ पदाधिकारीगण भी उपस्थित रहे।
