मुख्यमंत्री  पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने बुधवार को ऋषिकेश में लगभग 22.25 करोड़ रूपये की लागत से चारधाम यात्रियों के लिए बने रजिस्ट्रेशन ऑफिस कम ट्रांजिट कैम्प का लोकार्पण किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने ऋषिकेश क्षेत्र में चन्द्रभागा नदी के दायें तट पर ढ़ालवाला पुल से बस अड्डा तक  लगभग 4.71 करोड़ रूपये से निर्मित आस्था पथ के ऊपर सी.सी. मार्ग के निर्माण कार्य का लोकार्पण भी किया।

मुख्यमंत्री  पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने चारधाम यात्रियों के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन ऑफिस कम ट्रांजिट कैम्प के लोकार्पण के अवसर पर चारधाम यात्रियों की सुविधा के दृष्टिगत किये जा रहे सभी कार्यों का निरीक्षण भी किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने ट्रांजिट कैम्प में चिकित्सालय, पंजीकरण कार्यालय, पूछताछ एवं सहायता केन्द्र का अवलोकन भी किया और वहां की सभी व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया। निरीक्षण के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि यात्रियों की सुविधा के दृष्टिगत सभी व्यवस्थाएं अच्छी रखी जाए। यात्रियों के साथ शालीनता पूर्वक व्यवहार किया जाए।

मुख्यमंत्री  पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने इस अवसर पर विभिन्न राज्यों से चारधाम यात्रा के लिए आए श्रद्धालुओं से बातचीत की। उन्होंने सभी का देवभूमि उत्तराखण्ड में स्वागत किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि चारधाम यात्रा के लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा श्रद्धालुओं को हर संभव सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने के प्रयास किये गये हैं। उन्होंने चारधाम यात्रा पर जाने वाले सभी श्रद्धालुओं को शुभकामनाएं दी।

इस अवसर पर कैबिनेट मंत्री सतपाल महाराज, प्रेम चंद अग्रवाल, सासंद डॉ. रमेश पोखरियाल निशंक, मेयर ऋषिकेश अनीता मंमगाई, गढ़वाल आयुक्त  सुशील कुमार, आईजी गढ़वाल  के. एस. नगन्याल एवं अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
