राज्य सरकार का प्रयास है कि हमारे औद्योगिक जगत से जुड़े लोगों से लगातार संवाद बना रहे, जिससे सभी समस्याओं का समाधान आसानी से हो सके। राज्य में जल्द ही इन्वेस्टर समिट का आयोजन किया जायेगा। इन्वेस्टर समिट के ब्रांड एम्बेसडर भी हमारे औद्योगिक जगत से जुड़े लोग हैं। राज्य में औद्योगिक विकास के लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा हर सम्भव प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री  पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शुक्रवार को होटल रेडिसन ब्लू रूद्रपुर में राज्य स्तरीय उद्योग मित्र समिति की बैठक में सभी उद्योगपतियों का स्वागत करते हुए यह बात कही । उन्होंने कहा कि औद्योगिक नीति में उद्योगपतियों के सुझावों को शामिल किया गया है। उत्तराखण्ड में औद्योगिक विकास के क्षेत्र में अनेक संभावनाएं हैं। उत्तराखण्ड का नैसर्गिक सौन्दर्य एवं बेहतर मानव संसाधन उद्योगपतियों को उत्तराखण्ड की ओर आकर्षित कर रहा है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आज बैठक में जो भी सुझाव प्राप्त हुए हैं, इन सुझावों पर गंभीरता से विचार किया जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में औद्योगिक संस्थानों का तेजी से विकास हो, इसके लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा हर संभव सहयोग दिया जायेगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हमारा प्रयास है कि बड़ी बैठकें राज्य के अलग-अलग स्थानों पर हो, इसलिए उद्योग मित्र की इस बैठक का आयोजन रूद्रपुर में करने का निर्णय लिया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि इस तरह की बैठकें 06 माह में एक बार अवश्य हो, इसके प्रयास किये जायेंगे। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड अभी युवा राज्य है। सीमित संसाधन होने के बावजूद भी राज्य के समग्र विकास के लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा हर संभव प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा राज्य में सी.एस.आर के लिए एक सेल बनाया गया है। औद्योगिक क्षेत्र से जुड़े लोगों एवं संस्थानों से राज्य को सी.एस.आर. फंड से सहयोग देने की भी मुख्यमंत्री ने अपील की है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में औद्योगिक विकास हेतु अनुकूल माहौल है। राज्य में औद्योगिक क्षेत्र को बढ़ावा देने के लिए हर संभव प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि औद्योगिक भवनों की ऊंचाई और बढ़ाई जायेगी। सिडकुल की सड़के बनाई जायेंगी और धीरे-धीरे अतिक्रमण हटाने का काम शुरू किया गया है तथा औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों सहित सभी जगह से अतिक्रमण हटाया जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में प्रदूषण श्रेणी का सरलीकरण करते हुए प्रयास किया जाएगा कि व्हाइट श्रेणी में आने वाले उद्योगों को एनओसी न लेनी पड़े। उन्होंने कहा कि सोप स्टोन रॉयल्टी कम की गई है। प्रभावी लीसा नीति हेतु हिमाचल प्रदेश सहित अन्य राज्यों की लीसा नीतियों का परीक्षण कराते हुए लीसा नीति का भी सरलीकरण किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि औद्योगिक आस्थानों में पुराने विद्युत सब स्टेशन्स पर लोड की समीक्षा करते हुए आवश्यकतानुसार सबस्टेशनों को अपग्रेड किया जाये तथा औद्योगिक आस्थानों से अलग ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में स्थापित उद्योगों के लिए अलग से फीडर होना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि सर्किल रेट के आधार पर स्टाम्प शुल्क गणना के सम्बन्ध में कन्फ्यूजन दूर करने के लिए स्पष्टीकरण किया जायेगा ताकि किसी भी प्रकार का कन्फ्यूजन न रहे। फूड प्रोसेसिंग पर शुल्क खत्म करने हेतु परीक्षण कराया जाएगा। बहादराबाद इण्डस्ट्रीयल क्षेत्र में फायर स्टेशन स्थापित कराया जाएगा। सूक्ष्म उद्योगों हेतु सीडा द्वारा कम्पलीशन सर्टिफिकेट के लिए फायर एनओसी हटाने सम्बन्धी सुझाव का परीक्षण कराया जाएगा। कारखाना अधिनियम में कर्मचारियों की संख्या निर्धारण के सम्बन्ध में परिवर्तन किया जाएगा। पेट्रोलियम लाईसेन्स नवीनीकरण हेतु अवधि बढ़ाई जायेगी। जनपद में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं में सुधार हेतु काशीपुर में ईएसआई हॉस्पिटल प्रस्तावित किया गया है। दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों को हैली सेवा से जोड़ने की दिशा में प्रयास किया जा रहा है तथा पन्तनगर एयरपोर्ट को अन्तराष्ट्रीय स्तर का बनाने की कार्यवाही लगभग अन्तिम चरण में है। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में सिंगल विण्डो सिस्टम को और अधिक प्रभावी बनाया जा रहा है। उन्होंने महिला वर्करों की सुरक्षा, सशक्तिकरण विषय पर सभी उद्यमियों से लिखित में सुझाव देने की अपील की।

बैठक के दौरान उद्योग मित्रों ने औद्योगिक इकाइयों की बेहतरी के लिए सुझाव दिए, समस्या रखी व सरकार द्वारा उद्योग नीतियों में किये गए सरलीकरण की सराहना की गई। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आज की बैठक सरकार व उद्योग मित्रों में मध्यस्थता का कार्य करेगी जिससे उत्तराखंड में उद्योग और अधिक उन्नति करेंगे। उद्योगों ने राज्य के विकास में सहयोगी की भूमिका निभाई है।

केन्द्रीय रक्षा एवं पर्यटन राज्य मंत्री अजय भट्ट ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री  पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में राज्य तेजी से विकास की ओर बढ़ रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि युवाओं को स्वरोजगार के क्षेत्र में आगे बढ़ना चाहिए। प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में कोरोना काल में उत्पन्न समस्याओं को सामना करते हुए आज विश्व की 5वी सबसे बड़ी आर्थिक शक्ति बन गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि आपसी समन्वय से निश्चित ही विकास कार्यों को और अधिक गति मिलेगी।
