उन्होंने उच्च शिक्षा विभाग के अन्तर्गत राजकीय महाविद्यालय चौबट्टाखाल में लागत 290.55 लाख के पुस्तकालय भवन एवं बहुउद्देशीय हॉल, चौबट्टाखाल में लागत 308.20 लाख से 24 शय्याओं के पर्यटक आवास गृह, नगर पंचायत सतपुली के कार्यालय भवन लागत 161.44 लाख, विकासखण्ड बीरोंखाल के आवासीय भवन टाइप-2 संख्या-2 का निर्माण लागत 45.00 लाख, राज्य योजना के अंतर्गत विधानसभा क्षेत्र चौबट्टाखाल के विकासखण्ड बीरोंखाल के अन्तर्गत फरसाडी-गएकोट-छाछरो मोटर मार्ग का सुधारीकरण एवं डामरीकरण का कार्य (द्वितीय चरण) लम्बाई 2.00 किमी0 लागत 127.19, विधानसभा क्षेत्र चौबट्टाखाल के विकास खण्ड पोखड़ा के अन्तर्गत देवराजखाल जयखाल मोटर मार्ग के मध्य धरतीली बैण्ड तक डामरीकरण सुदृढीकरण, विधानसभा क्षेत्र चौबट्टाखाल के विकास खण्ड पोखड़ा के अंतर्गत देवराजखाल-जयखाल के मध्य घरतोली बैंड तक लागत 62.45 लाख के डामरीकरण सुदृढीकरण तथा विकासखंड पोखड़ा के लटीबो दलीबो नाई मोटर मार्ग का लागत 142.71 लाख से डामरीकरण सुदृढीकरण, हलूणी पेयजल योजना लागत 112.93 लाख, भूमियाखांडा किंगोडीधार ग्रा०स०पं०यो० लागत 2501.32 लाख, वेदीखाल ग्रा०स०प०प०यो० लागत 2284.84 लाख, बरसुण्डा देवता ग्रा०स०प०प०यो० लागत 3122.41 लाख की योजनाओं से संबंधित कार्यों का शिलान्यास किया।
इसके साथ ही मुख्यमंत्री ने उच्च शिक्षा विभाग के अन्तर्गत राजकीय महाविद्यालय खेरासेण सतपुली भवन निर्माण कार्य लागत 306.40 लाख का लोकार्पण, तहसील चौबट्टाखाल के अनावासीय मुख्य भवनों का निर्माण कार्य लागत 224.00 लाख का लोकार्पण, विधानसभा क्षेत्र चौबट्टाखाल के अन्तर्गत विकासखण्ड पोखड़ा में देवराठी सेडियाखाल, लखोली, उबोट, गवांणी मोटर मार्ग में डामरीकरण का कार्य लागत 142.60 लाख, विकासखण्ड खाल के आवासीय भवन टाईप 4 भवन कर निर्माण कार्य का लागत 50.00 लाख, एकेश्वर श्रोत सवर्द्धन पेयजल योजना लागत 493.46 लाख, विधानसभा चौबट्टाखाल में कोट मल्ला से कोट तल्ला कड़िया कुलासू रीठाखाल मोटर मार्ग पर 70 मी० स्पान स्टील ट्रस मोटर सेतु का निर्माण कार्य 955.74 लाख, सतपुली से उलखेत मोटर मार्ग स्टेज-1 व 02 लम्बाई 5.117 किमी० का 327.30 लाख, सतपुली से हलूणी मोटर मार्ग स्टेज-1 व 02 लम्बाई 1.975 किमी0 लागत 123.30 लाख, 244.37 लाख से निर्मित सासों से मासो इण्टर कॉलेज मोटर मार्ग स्टेज-02 लम्बाई 6.500 किमी0, 279.54 लाख से निर्मित चम्पेश्वर झंगरबो मोटर मार्ग स्टेज 02 लम्बाई 5.575 किमी0, 605.99 लाख से निर्मित झवेरा लिंक जजेड़ी मोटर मार्ग स्टेज 02 लम्बाई 11.950 किमी० कार्य का लोकार्पण किया।
राजकीय स्नातकोत्तर महाविद्यालय चौबट्टाखाल में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में प्रदेश में जितनी योजनाएं संचालित व क्रियान्वित हो रही है वे अभूतपूर्व है। आज भारत का सांस्कृतिक उत्थान हो रहा है भारत का पुरातन वैभव पुनः लौट रहा है, अनेक पुराने स्थानों, भूले बिसरे नायको, गौरवशाली क्षणों को स्मरण किया जा रहा है। भारत के विश्व गुरु बनने की छवि का मार्ग प्रशस्त हो रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखंड में नई खेल नीति लाई गई है। नई शिक्षा नीति लागू करने वाला उत्तराखंड देश में पहला राज्य है। समान नागरिक संहिता कानून जल्दी ही लागू कर दिया जाएगा जिसके संबंध में पूर्व में कमेटी गठित की जा चुकी है। कहा कि नकल विरोधी कानून में 10 वर्ष की सजा तथा नकल माफिया की संपत्ति को जब्त करने का प्रावधान किया गया है, नकल में सम्मिलित कई लोगों को जेल की सलाखों के पीछे पहुंचाया गया है, इसलिए तैयारी करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को बिना संदेह की तैयारी करनी चाहिए।
इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने निम्न घोषणाएं की–
विकास खण्ड पोखड़ा के अन्तर्गत राजकीय डिग्री कॉलेज पोखड़ा में भवन निर्माण की स्वीकृति।
राजकीय डिग्री कॉलेज वेदीखाल में भवन मरम्मत तथा स्नातक स्तर पर विज्ञान वर्ग में गणित व भौतिक विज्ञान विषयों की स्वीकृति।
सतपुली के निकट दंगलेश्वर महादेव मन्दिर के निकट स्नान घाट व मन्दिर का स्थलीय विकास किये जाने की स्वीकृति।
नगर पंचायत सतपुली में कन्या हाई स्कूल सतपुली का राजकीय इण्टर कॉलेज सतपुली में एकीकरण की स्वीकृति प्रदान की।
स्थान चौबट्टाखाल में केन्द्रीय विद्यालय की स्वीकृति के संबंध में केंद्र को प्रस्ताव भेजने तथा राजकीय डिग्री कॉलेज चौबट्टाखाल में स्टेडियम निर्माण की स्वीकृति।
विकास खण्ड पाबों के अन्तर्गत राजकीय इण्टर कॉलेज गडिगांव में भवन निर्माण तथा विकास खण्ड बीरोंखाल के अन्तर्गत राजकीय हाईस्कूल कोठा में 03 अतिरिक्त कक्षा-कक्षों के निर्माण की स्वीकृति की।
विकास खण्ड पोखड़ा के अन्तर्गत जनता इण्टर कालेज कोलाखाल इण्टर स्तर पर पद सनृत वित्त की मान्यता की स्वीकृति।
विकास खण्ड एकेश्वर के अन्तर्गत एकेश्वर महादेव में क्षतिग्रस्त पुश्ते के निर्माण की स्वीकृति।
आयोजित कार्यक्रम में कैबिनेट मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि भाजपा ने धारा 370 व 35 (ए) को हटाने का कार्य किया है, सड़कों की स्थिति को बेहतर करने के साथ-साथ राज्य में महिलाओं के लिए 30 आरक्षण का कानून बनाया है। उत्तराखंड राज्य आंदोलनकारियों को 10 प्रतिशत का आरक्षण देने का कार्य किया है, धर्म परिवर्तन करने पर कठोर सजा के कानून का प्रावधान किया है। पंचायतों को 29 विषय हस्तांतरित करने की कार्यवाही की जा रही है, इसके साथ ही ग्राम प्रधानों को तत्कालिक कार्य करने के लिए दस हजार रूपए देने का प्रावधान किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत को विश्व गुरु बनाने की छवि का मार्ग प्रशस्त हो रहा है।
सैन्य बहुत क्षेत्र होने के कारण कैबिनेट मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने लैंसडाउन का नाम पूर्व सीडीएस शहीद बिपिन रावत के नाम पर रखने का आग्रह किया, जिस पर मुख्यमंत्री ने लैंसडाउन का नाम शहीद बिपिन सिंह रावत के नाम पर रखने की सहमति प्रदान की। कार्यक्रम के दौरान चमाली निवासी अजय बिष्ट व संजय बिष्ट को भीमल से शैंपू बनाने के लिए सम्मानित किया गया।
