मसूरी में उत्तराखंड परिवहन निगम की बस वाहन संख्या UK07PA-4158 दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गई दुर्घटना में घायल हुए लोगों को सिविल चिकित्सालय मसूरी, जिला चिकित्सालय कोरोनेशन तथा दून मेडिकल कॉलेज में भर्ती कराया गया है। कुछ गंभीर घायलों को मैक्स चिकित्सालय में भर्ती कराया गया जिनका उपचार चल रहा है।
मसूरी में बस दुर्घटना की सूचना मिलते ही जिलाधिकारी  सोनिका ने तत्काल कार्यवाही करते हुए राहत एवं बचाव कार्य में तेजी लाने हेतु संबंधित अधिकारी को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए।साथ ही स्वयं घटनास्थल पर पहुंचकर रेस्क्यू कार्यों का जायजा लिया। इसके उपरांत जिलाधिकारी ने मैक्स चिकित्सालय तथा दून मेडिकल कॉलेज/ चिकित्सालय में पहुंचकर घायलों का हालचाल जाना और घायलो के बेहतर उपचार हेतु संबंधित अधिकारी एवं चिकित्सकों को आवश्यक निर्देश दिए।
वही माननीय मंत्री श्री गणेश जोशी ने मैक्स चिकित्सालय एवं दून अस्पताल पहुंचकर घायलों का हालचाल जाना।

मसूरी चिकित्सालय में 32 मरीजों को उपचार हेतु लाया गया था जिनको एम्बुलेंस के माध्यम Doon Hospital & Max Hospital में भर्ती कराया गया। एम्बुलेंस के माध्यम से मरीजों को दून चिकित्सालय में भर्ती कराया गया है। जिनका उपचार चल रहा है। दून मेडिकल कॉलेज चिकित्सालय में 25 घायलों का उपचार चल रहा है।
मैक्स चिकित्सालय में 11 मरीजों को उचार हेतु चिकित्सालय लाया गया था, जिनमें 02 लोग महक पुत्री सुधाकर, मसूरी उम्र 15 वर्ष,  सुधा पत्नी सुधाकर उम्र 40 वर्ष 12 केंप्टी मसूरी की मृत्यु हो गयी है तथा 9 लोगों का उपचार चल रहा है। बताया जा रहा है कि बस में चालक परिचालक सहित लगभग 38 लोग सवार थे।
जिलाधिकारी ने मैक्स अस्पताल में नगर मजिस्ट्रेट तथा दून मेडिकल कॉलेज चिकित्सालय में उप जिलाधिकारी सदर को तैनात किया गया है, ताकि उपचाररत मरीजों के उपचार तथा अन्य व्यवस्थाओं हेतु समन्वय किया जा सके। जिलाधिकारी मजिस्ट्रियल जांच कराने की बात कही। जिला आपदा परिचालन केंद्र घटना की सूचना प्राप्त होते ही अपर जिलाधिकारी वित्त एवं राजस्व रामजी शरण शर्मा के निर्देशन में निरंतर रेस्क्यू टीम एवं चिकित्सालय से समन्वय करते हुए पल-पल की स्थिति की सूचना प्राप्त कर संबंधित को प्रेषित रहा है।
दुर्घटना की सूचना प्राप्त होते ही मसूरी पुलिस, एसडीआरएफ, आईटीबीपी, जिला प्रशासन ने सफलतम रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन चलाया , रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन में स्थानीय निवासियों के सहयोग से सफलतम संचालित किया गया। रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन के दौरान उप जिलाधिकारी नंदन कुमार, आइटीबीपी, पुलिस एवं एसडीआरएफ के अधिकारी सहित जिला प्रशासन के अधिकारी कार्मिक एवं जवान, स्थानीय निवासी उपस्थित रहे।
