गुरुवार को टिहरी जनपद के नैनबाग ब्लॉक में भारतीय जनता युवा मोर्चा की राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष नेहा जोशी ने महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों से संवाद किया। जिसमें ब्लॉक में 10 ग्राम संगठित समूहों ने प्रतिभाग किया। इस अवसर पर नेहा जोशी ने महिलाओं को धामी सरकार द्वारा संचालित विभिन्न महिला केंद्रित योजनाओं के बारे में अवगत कराया व बताया कि कैसे महिलाएं इन योजनाओं का लाभ लेकर आगे अपने उद्यम को बढ़ा सकती हैं l उन्होंने बताया कि विभिन्न बैंकों द्वारा संचालित योजनाएं जिससे कि सब्सिडी में लोन लेकर अपने उद्यम को आगे बढ़ा सकती हैं। समूहों को संबोधित करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि आज महिलाओं द्वारा स्वयं सहायता समूह के माध्यम से अपनी आजीविका को मजबूत किया जा रहा है। जोकि अपने घर गृहस्थी के काम-काज से समय निकाल कर समूह में संगठित होकर इस मुहिम को आगे बढ़ाकर स्वयं का ब्रांड तैयार कर बाजार में भेज कर अच्छी आमदनी बचत कर रहे हैं। ग्रामीण महिला समूहों ने अपने विचार व समस्याओं के बारे में बताते हुए नैनबाग में प्रशिक्षण शिविर लगाने का आग्रह किया। जिससे सरकार द्वारा संचालित समूह योजनाओं की जानकारियां प्राप्त हो सके। इस पर नेहा जोशी ने कहा कि शीघ्र नैनबाग में एक प्रशिक्षण शिविर लगाया जाएगा, जिसके माध्यम से और महिलाएं जागरूक होकर समूहों का निर्माण करेंगी तथा प्रदेश सरकार की योजनाओं का लाभ ले सकेंगी। इसके बाद नेहा जोशी ने भटवाड़ी स्थित मां गौरजा देवी के मंदिर में आयोजित चार दिवसीय पूजन कार्यक्रम के समापन समारोह में प्रतिभाग किया।इस अवसर पर उन्होंने कहा कि इस तरह के आयोजनों से हमारी संस्कृति का संरक्षण होगा तथा आने वाली हमारी पीढ़ियाँ अपनी जड़ों से जुड़ी रहेंगी । उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी जी के द्वारा हिंदू धार्मिक स्थलों के जीर्णोद्धार व धार्मिक/सांस्कृतिक आयोजनों के संरक्षण के लिए उठाए गए कदमों के लिए मुख्यमंत्री का धन्यवाद किया। उन्होंने मेले में आमंत्रण के लिए समिति का धन्यवाद किया।
