मा. मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने रविवार को जनपद पौड़ी में स्थित कंडोलिया मैदान से मुख्यमंत्री अंत्योदय निःशुल्क गैस रिफिल योजना का शुभारंभ किया गया तथा जनपद में योजना का शुभारंभ मा. पशुपालन, दुग्ध विकास एवं सेवायोजन मंत्री/जनपद प्रभारी मंत्री श्री सौरभ बहुगुणा, जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष अमरदेई शाह, विधायक रुद्रप्रयाग भरत सिंह चौधरी, जिलाधिकारी मयूर दीक्षित व उपस्थित जन प्रतिनिधियों द्वारा जिला कार्यालय के सूचना विज्ञान कार्यालय कांफ्रेंस हाॅल में किया गया।
इस अवसर पर मा. प्रभारी मंत्री ने उपस्थित अंत्योदय कार्डधारकों को बधाई एवं शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि सरकार द्वारा महत्वकांक्षी योजना मुख्यमंत्री अंत्योदय निःशुल्क गैस रिफिल योजना शुरू की गई है जिसके माध्यम से अंत्योदय कार्ड धारकों को साल भर में निःशुल्क तीन गैस रिफिल सिलेंडर उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे तथा उनके द्वारा जमा की गई धनराशि उनके खाते में डीबीटी के माध्यम से उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार पंडित दीनदयाल उपाध्याय के सपनों को साकार करते हुए अंतिम छोर पर निवासरत गरीब से गरीब व्यक्ति को योजना का लाभ उपलब्ध कराते हुए सरकार की सोच सबका साथ सबका विकास के तहत कार्य करते हुए हर गरीब व्यक्ति का अधिकार एवं हक उसको मिले इस दिशा में धरातल पर कार्य किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि मा. प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी एवं मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के कुशल नेतृत्व में देश एवं प्रदेश विकास के पथ पर अग्रसर हो रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा जनधन योजना के तहत खोले गए खातों के माध्यम से आज हर गरीब व्यक्ति का पैसा सीधे उनके खाते में जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार ने जो भी वादे किए हैं उन वादों को निरंतर पूर्ण करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है जिसमें सरकार द्वारा यूनिफाॅर्म कोड लागू किया गया है तथा मुख्यमंत्री मुख्यमंत्री अंत्योदय निःशुल्क गैस रिफिल योजना को धरातल पर उतारा गया है तथा पात्र व्यक्तियों को इसका लाभ उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है।
इस अवसर पर विधायक भरत सिंह चौधरी ने कहा कि मा. मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा महत्वकांक्षी योजना शुरू की गई है जिसके माध्यम से अंत्योदय परिवार वालों को साल में तीन निःशुल्क गैस रिफिल की धनराशि उनके खाते में डीबीटी के माध्यम से उपलब्ध होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि जिन व्यक्तियों के किन्हीं कारणों से आधार लिंक नहीं हुए हैं वह खातों को आधार कार्ड से लिंक करते हुए उन्हें भी योजना का लाभ उपलब्ध हो जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि इस योजना के जो भी पात्र व्यक्ति हैं उन सभी को योजना का लाभ उपलब्ध होगा।
जिलाधिकारी मयूर दीक्षित ने अवगत कराया है कि जिले में 3808 अंत्योदय कार्ड धारक हैं तथा अब तक 4080 कार्ड धारकों को निःशुल्क मुख्यमंत्री अंत्योदय निःशुल्क गैस रिफिल दी जा चुकी है तथा डीबीटी के माध्यम से 40 लाख, 24 हजार, 2 सौ 95 रुपए की धनराशि लाभार्थियों के खाते में स्थानांतरित की जा चुकी है। इस अवसर पर जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी केके अग्रवाल द्वारा योजना के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी गई।
मुख्यमंत्री अंत्योदय निःशुल्क गैस रिफिल योजना के शुभारंभ अवसर पर जनपद के 26 लाभार्थियों को योजना से लाभान्वित किया गया है जिसमें भरत सिंह, सुनीता देवी, मुखारी देवी, सपरी लाल, पप्पू लाल, विजय लाल, दीपा देवी, विजेंद्र सिंह, सुरेशी देवी, नरेंद्र लाल, चंद्रा देवी आदि को योजना से लाभान्वित किया गया।
इस अवसर पर जिलाध्यक्ष भाजपा महावीर सिंह पंवार, पूर्व जिलाध्यक्ष दिनेश उनियाल, केदारनाथ विधायक प्रतिनिधि वेद प्रकाश सेमवाल, भारत भूषण भट्ट, ओम प्रकाश बहुगुणा, अपर जिलाधिकारी दीपेंद्र सिंह नेगी, उप जिलाधिकारी जखोली परमानंद राम, पुलिस उपाधीक्षक प्रबोध कुमार घिल्डियाल सहित जन प्रतिनिधि एवं लाभार्थी मौजूद रहे। कार्यक्रम का सफल संचालन किशन सिंह रावत द्वारा किया गया।
