एक दिवसीय जनपद भ्रमण पर पहुंचे प्रदेश के कृषि, सैनिक कल्याण व ग्राम्य विकास मंत्री  गणेश जोशी ने बुधवार को जीएमवीएन रुद्रा काॅम्पलेक्स में विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा संचालित जन कल्याणकारी योजनाओं की संबंधित अधिकारियों के साथ समीक्षा बैठक की जिसमें उन्होंने जिला विकास, कृषि, उद्यान व सैनिक कल्याण विभाग, ग्राम्य विकास, प्रधानमंत्री सड़क योजना आदि विभागों की गहनता से समीक्षा की। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए हैं कि राज्य सरकार का मुख्य लक्ष्य है कि अंतिम छोर तक निवासरत आम जनमानस को संचालित योजनाओं का लाभ उपलब्ध कराते हुए उसे विकास की मुख्य धारा से जोड़ना है इसके लिए यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए जो भी योजनाएं संचालित हो रही हैं उनका लाभ उन तक उपलब्ध कराना सुनिश्चित करें इसके लिए सभी अधिकारी आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्य करना सुनिश्चित करें। मनरेगा की समीक्षा के दौरान उन्होंने निर्देश दिए हैं कि मनरेगा के अंतर्गत जो भी कार्य किए जा रहे हैं उन कार्यों को गुणवत्ता के साथ समयबद्धता के साथ पूर्ण करना सुनिश्चित करें तथा जाॅब कार्ड धारकों का भुगतान समय से कराना सुनिश्चित कराया जाए।
कृषि विभाग की समीक्षा के दौरान किसानों की आय दोगुनी करने के लिए संचालित योजनाओं का लाभ उन्हें उपलब्ध कराने के लिए उन्हें क्षेत्र की भौगोलिक स्थिति के अनुसार उत्तम किस्म का कृषि बीज उपलब्ध कराया जाए जिससे कि उनकी अधिक पैदावार हो सके तथा समय-समय पर सभी किसानों को उचित प्रशिक्षण मुहैया कराया जाए।
आजीविका के क्षेत्र में अधिक से अधिक महिला समूहों को प्रशिक्षित करते हुए उन्हें स्थानीय स्तर पर उत्पादित होने वाले उत्पादकों को उचित बाजार उपलब्ध कराया जाए जिससे कि उनकी आजीविका में वृद्धि हो सके।
प्रधानमंत्री सड़क योजना की समीक्षा के दौरान उन्होंने निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि जो सड़कें क्षतिग्रस्त हैं उन सड़कों का तत्परता से कार्य करना सुनिश्चित करें एवं सड़क कटान के कारण ग्रामीणों की मुआवजे का धनराशि का भुगतान यथाशीघ्र कराने के निर्देश दिए। आपदा के कारण जो सड़कें क्षतिग्रस्त हुई हैं उन सड़कों को यथासंभव मरम्मत कराने के भी निर्देश दिए गए।
उन्होंने सैनिक कल्याण अधिकारी को निर्देश दिए हैं कि सैनिकों एवं भूतपूर्व सैनिकों के आश्रितों के लिए जो भी योजनाएं संचालित हो रही हैं उन योजनाओं का लाभ उन्हें उपलब्ध कराना सुनिश्चित कराया जाए। सैनिक विश्राम गृह की समीक्षा करते हुए कहा कि सैनिक विश्राम गृह में सैनिक परिवारों के रहने के लिए अतिरिक्त कक्ष बनाए जाने के प्रस्ताव उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए।
उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा अनेकों विकास कार्य किए जा रहे हैं जिनकी माॅनीटरिंग स्वयं प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा जनपद भ्रमण कर लगातार की जा रही है। इसके साथ ही जनपद के प्रभारी मंत्री भी लगातार माॅनीटरिंग कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी सरकार का संकल्प है कि वर्ष 2025 में जब हमारा राज्य 25 वर्ष का पूर्ण होगा तब हम कृषि, उद्यान के क्षेत्र में किए जा रहे उत्पादों को दोगुना करेंगे इसके लिए उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि एप्पल मिशन में मिलने वाली धनराशि 3 करोड़ को बढ़ाकर अब 12 करोड़ कर दिया गया है। इसी तरह कीवी फल के लिए 18 करोड़ किया गया इससे जनपद में एप्पल और कीवी की खेती करने वाले किसानों को इसका लाभ मिलेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि नौजवान युवक को घर में ही उसकी फसल का उचित दाम मिल जाए तो वह पलायन क्यों करेगा इस विषय पर हमारी सरकार गंभीरता से विचार कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि मोटे अनाज को पहले गरीबों का भोजन कहा जाता था लेकिन आज ख्याति प्राप्त होटलों में इन्हें परोसा जाता है इसलिए इनमें भी आर्थिकी की अपार संभावनाएं हैं इसके लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा यह सुनिश्चित किया है कि मिडडे मील में बच्चों को इन्हें दिया जाएगा ताकि इसकी खपत बढ़े और किसानों को मार्केट उपलब्ध हो सके। राज्य सरकार द्वारा राज्य के किसानों का 50-50 सदस्यीय समूह बनाकर प्रशिक्षण हेतु कुरूक्षेत्र भेज रहे हैं ताकि वह प्रशिक्षित होकर अन्य लोगों को भी अपने अनुभव बता सकें। इस तरह सभी मंत्रियों द्वारा उनसे संबंधित विभागों की समीक्षा की जा रही है।
जनपद की समीक्षा के दौरान विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्यों पर मा. मंत्री द्वारा संतोष व्यक्त किया गया तथा सभी अधिकारियों को तत्परता के साथ कार्य करते हुए योजनाओं का लाभ आम जनमानस को उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए गए।
इस अवसर पर मुख्य विकास अधिकारी नरेश कुमार ने जनपद आगमन पर मा. मंत्री को पुष्पगुच्छ भेंट कर स्वागत किया तथा विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा संचालित योजनाओं की जानकारी से अवगत कराया। उन्होनं मा. मंत्री को आश्वस्त किया कि बैठक में उनके द्वारा जो भी दिशा निर्देश दिए गए हैं उन पर संबंधित विभागों द्वारा उचित कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित कराई जाएगी।
