कैबिनेट मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने रविवार को देहरादून स्थित जैन धर्मशाला में यूनेस्को क्लब एवं उत्तराखंड जैन समाज के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में उत्तराखंड जैन समाज के संस्थापक अध्यक्ष व भारतीय जैन मिलन के पूर्व राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष जैन रत्न स्व.सुरेश चंद्र जैन की पुण्य तिथि पर उनके परिवार के सहयोग से आयोजित स्वास्थ जाँच शिविर का उद्घाटन किया।

कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि के तौर पर पहुंचे कैबिनेट मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ दीप प्रज्ज्वलित कर किया। आयोजको द्वारा मंत्री गणेश जोशी को पुप्ष गुच्छ ओर सम्मान पट्टी देकर सम्मानित एवं स्वागत अभिनंदन किया।
नि:शुल्क चिकित्सा शिविर में विभिन्न विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सकों द्वारा कार्यक्रम में पहुंचे लोगों का स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण किया। चिकित्सा शिविर में पहुंचे लोगों ने बढ़ चढ़कर हिस्सा लिया और शिविर का लाभ लिया।
इस अवसर पर मंत्री जोशी ने कहा कि इस प्रकार के आयोजनो से लोगों को स्वास्थ्य जांच का लाभ मिलता है। इसके लिए मंत्री जोशी ने आयोजको को बधाई और शुभकामनाएं दी और कहा कि ऐसे आयोजनों को प्रोत्साहित किया जाना चाहिए ताकि आमजन को लाभ मिल सके।
मंत्री जोशी ने देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ओर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी का भी आभार प्रकट करते हुए कहा कि उत्तराखंड में बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को उपलब्ध कराने के लिए केंद्र ओर राज्य सरकार लगातार कार्य कर रही है। इस दौरान मंत्री जोशी ने कार्यक्रम में गरीब असहाय लोगों को कंबल भी वितरित किए।
इस अवसर पर कार्यक्रम में कैंट विधायक सबिता कपूर और राजपुर विधायक खजान दास सहित जैन मुनि समर्पण महाराज, यूनेस्को क्लब के अध्यक्ष मुकेश धबलानिया, कैंप चैयरमैन डॉ. एन एल अमोली, संयोजक डॉ तरुण मित्तल, सचिव पंकज जैन, जैन समाज के महामंत्री ई.लोकेश जैन सहित कई लोग उपस्थित रहे।
