काबीना मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने मंगलवार को न्यू कैंट रोड़ स्थित कैंप कार्यालय में 26 दिसम्बर से 30 दिसम्बर तक मसूरी के विभिन्न स्थानों में आयोजित होने वाले विंटरलाइन कार्निवाल के सफल आयोजन के सम्बन्ध में मसूरी महोत्सव समिति के सदस्यों जिला प्रशासन के अधिकारियों संग बैठक की।
मसूरी में पांच दिवसीय विंटर लाइन कार्निवाल का आयोजन होगा। जिसका शुभारंभ 26 दिसंबर को प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी द्वारा किया जाएगा । बैठक में मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि पहाड़ो की रानी मसूरी आने वाले किसी भी पर्यटक को कोई असुविधा न हो, इसका विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए। मंत्री जोशी ने कहा कि पार्किंग, यातायात प्रबंध, सुरक्षा व्यवस्था, पेयजल एवं विद्युत की उपलब्धता, बढ़ती ठड़ के चलते अलाव व्यवस्था एवं सफाई व्यवस्था की सभी तैयारियां समय पर पूर्ण करने के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए।
पांच दिवसीय कार्निवाल में स्थानीय कलाकार, प्रदेश की संस्कृति और कला से रूबरू के साथ विभिन्न प्रकार के कार्यक्रम भी आयोजित कराए जाएंग । कार्निवाल में एक दिवसीय फूड फेस्टिवल का भी आयोजन कराया जाएगा । मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि विंटर लाइन कार्निवाल पहाड़ की संस्कृति की झलक और स्थानीय उत्पादों का फेस्टिवल में अधिक से अधिक प्रचार प्रसार किया जाए। इसके अलावा मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि पर्यटकों को प्रदेश की संस्कृति और खानपान से रूबरू कराया जाएगा।
इस अवसर पर जिलाधिकारी सोनिका, अपर जिलाधिकारी के.के.मिश्रा, उपजिलाधिकारी मसूरी शैलेंद्र नेगी, नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष अनुज गुप्ता सहित, मोहन पेटवाल, संदीप साहनी अन्य लोग उपस्थित रहे।
