मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मंगलवार को नौआबाद श्यामपुर, हरिद्वार में दिव्य प्रेम सेवा मिशन द्वारा आयोजित कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग करते हुए दिव्य प्रेम सेवा मिशन के सेवा प्रकल्पों के अंतर्गत बने डिवाइन कॉलेज ऑफ़ नर्सिंग एंड पैरामेडिकल साइंसेज के प्रथम चरण का उद्घाटन किया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने भवन निर्माण में अपना अहम योगदान देने वाले लोगों को प्रतीक चिन्ह देकर सम्मानित भी किया।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि दिव्य प्रेम सेवा मिशन संस्थान द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्यों के बारें में जितना भी कहा जाए, उतना कम है। उन्होंने कहा मुझे छात्रकाल से ही दिव्य प्रेम सेवा मिशन के अध्यक्ष आशीष जी का दिव्य सानिध्य प्राप्त होता रहा है। समाज को शिक्षा और चिकित्सा जैसे क्षेत्रों में सहयोग प्रदान करने का जो संकल्प आशीष जी ने लिया है, उसी का परिणाम है कि आज हम इस विशिष्ट संस्थान को इस स्वरूप में देख पा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा आशीष जी समाज सेवा के कार्यों में समर्पण के कार्य को बड़ा रहे है। चिकित्सा-शिक्षा क्षेत्र में स्वामी विवेकानंद हैल्थ मिशन के तत्वावधान में उत्तराखंड के युवाओं को शिक्षित करने का जो बेड़ा दिव्य प्रेम सेवा मिशन ने आरंभ किया है उसके लिए देवभूमि की समस्त जनता इस मिशन से जुड़े हुए प्रत्येक स्वयंसेवक की आभारी है।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड के मुख्य सेवक के रूप में मेरा यह प्रयास रहता है कि हमारी सरकार शिक्षा एवं स्वास्थ, के क्षेत्रों में कार्य कर रहे किसी भी संस्थान की हर संभव सहायता कर सकें। उन्होंने कहा केंद्र सरकार के नेतृत्व एवं मार्गदर्शन में उत्तराखंड सरकार भी शिक्षा एवं स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में कई योजनाओं का संचालन कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा हमारी सरकार का संकल्प है कि 2025 में जब युवा उत्तराखंड अपनी स्थापना का रजत जयंती वर्ष मना रहा होगा, तब तक उत्तराखंड हर क्षेत्र में भारत का सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य बने। इस विकल्प रहित संकल्प की सिद्धि के लिए हमारी सरकार निरंतर कार्य कर रही है। मुझे पूर्ण विश्वास है कि देवभूमि की समस्त देवतुल्य जनता हमारे इस संकल्प को पूर्ण करने में हमारी सहायता करेगी।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री जी ने केदारनाथ धाम की पावन भूमि से 21वीं सदी का तीसरा दशक उत्तराखंड का बताया था, इस बार चार धाम यात्रा के दौरान 47 लाख से ज्यादा श्रद्धालुओं ने यात्रा की, मां गंगा एवं बाबा केदार के आशीर्वाद से यात्रा सुगम एवं सुरक्षित रही। उन्होंने कहा आज प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में रक्षा, शिक्षा, चिकित्सा जैसे हर क्षेत्र में युगांतकारी परिवर्तन हो रहा है, आज भारत विश्व का नेतृत्व करने की दिशा में बढ़ रहा है। मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में देश की सांस्कृतिक चेतना के पुर्नरोत्थान का कार्य किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा हम सभी देवभूमि उत्तराखंड से आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी के विशेष लगाव से भलीभांति परिचित हैं। उन्होंने कहा हवाई कनेक्टिविटी, रेल, सड़क हर क्षेत्र में कार्य तीव्र गति से हो रहा है। आज ऋषिकेश एम्स के माध्यम से उत्तराखंड में हम विधार्थियों को न केवल उत्कृष्ट चिकित्सा शिक्षा उपलब्ध करा पा रहे हैं बल्कि लोगों को उत्तम स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं भी प्रदान करने में सक्षम हुए हैं। उन्होंने कहा प्रधानमंत्री जी ने हमारे निवेदन को मानकर कुमाऊं क्षेत्र में एम्स के सेटेलाइट सेंटर को खोलने हेतु अपनी स्वीकृति प्रदान कर दी है। उन्होंने कहा हमारी डबल इंजन की सरकार द्वारा हर क्षेत्र में जो विकास के कार्य किये जा रहे हैं, उसका जमीनी असर भी दिखने लगा है। उन्होंने कहा हमारी सरकार आदरणीय मोदी जी के सपनों का आत्मनिर्भर भारत बनाने हेतु किए जा रहे यज्ञ में अपने हिस्से की आहुति देने हेतु सदा-सर्वदा तत्पर रहेगी।
स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ धन सिंह रावत ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व एवं मुख्यमंत्री धामी के कुशल मार्गदर्शन में हमारी सरकार स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में कई बड़े एवं ऐतिहासिक कार्य कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा हमारे प्रदेश में अटल आयुष्मान योजना के अंतर्गत प्रत्येक प्रदेशवासी को मुफ्त में इलाज देने का कार्य किया जा रहा है, जिसके तहत अभी तक राज्य के अंदर 50 लाख से अधिक आयुष्मान कार्ड बन गए हैं एवं 6 लाख से अधिक मरीजों का मुक्त में ईलाज करवाया जा चुका है। उन्होंने कहा गर्भवती महिलाओं के चेकअप एवं बच्चे को जन्म देने के बाद उन्हें घर तक गाड़ी मुफ्त में मुहैया कराई जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा उत्तराखंड राज्य के प्रत्येक जिले में डायलिसिस का इलाज मुफ्त में किए जाने का कार्य प्रारंभ हो चुका है जिसे जल्द ही पूर्ण कर लिया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा संपूर्ण देश में सबसे सस्ती मेडिकल शिक्षा हमारे राज्य में है। उन्होंने कहा मुख्यमंत्री धामी के नेतृत्व में हमने संकल्प लिया है कि हम उत्तराखंड को जल्द ही टीबी मुफ्त करेंगे एवं एयर- एंबुलेंस का विस्तार भी उत्तराखंड में किया जा रहा है।
आचार्या बाल कृष्ण ने कहा कि दिव्य प्रेम सेवा मिशन का मकसद समाज की सेवा है। उन्होंने कहा सेवा के कार्य हेतु मनुष्य को साधना की आवश्यकता होती है उन्होंने कहा तप और साधना से ही विकास संभव है, सामाजिक कार्य कर आमजन के विकास से ही समाजसेवा संभव है। उन्होंने कहा दिव्य प्रेम सेवा मिशन द्वारा चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में अद्भुत कार्य किए जा रहे हैं।
