मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने अगस्तमुनि में किया नर्सिंग कॉलेज का भूमि पूजन कर कियाशिलान्यास

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सोमवार को 20 करोड़ 44 लाख 16 हजार की लागत से विकास खंड अगस्त्यमुनि के कोठगी में बनने वाले नर्सिंग कॉलेज का भूमि पूजन एवं शिलान्यास किया। इस दौरान कार्यक्रम में पहुंचे छात्र-छात्राओं को मुख्यमंत्री ने बाल दिवस की शुभकामनाएं दी। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे नौनिहाल जीवन में जिस भी क्षेत्र में अपना करियर बनाना चाहते हैं, उस दिशा में पूरे मनोयोग से काम करें, परिश्रम करने वालों को सफलता अवश्य मिलती है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने क्षेत्रीय जनता को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि इस क्षेत्र में नर्सिंग कॉलेज के बनने से क्षेत्र के बच्चों को नर्सिंग की पढ़ाई में लाभ मिलेगा एवं उन्हें अन्यत्र नहीं जाना पड़ेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि अधिकारियों को नर्सिंग कॉलेज को निर्धारित समयावधि के अन्दर पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिये गये हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के मार्गदर्शन में प्रदेश तेजी से विकास के पथ पर अग्रसर है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के नेत्तव में श्री केदारनाथ धाम का पुननिर्माण कार्य तेजी से चल रहा है। केदारनाथ यात्रा को और सुगम बनाने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री जी ने रोपवे परियोजना की सौगात दी है। जल्द ही इस पर कार्य शुरू किया जाएगा। इस वर्ष चारधाम यात्रा में 45 लाख से अधिक रजिस्टर्ड श्रद्धालुओं ने दर्शन किये। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यात्रा को सुगमता से संचालित करना एक बड़ी चुनौती थी, किंतु जिला प्रशासन एवं सभी जन प्रतिनिधियों के सहयोग से यात्रा का सफल संचालन किया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि कर्णप्रयाग-ऋषिकेश रेल लाइन निर्माण का कार्य तीव्र गति से चल रहा है। आने वाले वर्षों में और अधिक संख्या में श्रद्धालु केदार धाम में आएंगे। श्रद्धालुओं को अधिक से अधिक सुविधाएं मिले इसके लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा लगातार प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि युवाओं को रोजगार एवं स्वरोजगार से जोड़ने के लिए सरकार संकल्पबद्ध है। लोक सेवा आयोग के माध्यम से भर्ती प्रक्रियाओं में तेजी लाई जा रही है। 7 हजार पदों पर जल्द ही लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा भर्ती प्रक्रिया संपन्न कराई जाएंगी। उन्होंने कहा कि 2025 में जब उत्तराखण्ड राज्य स्थापना की रजत जयंती मनाएगा, तब तक उत्तराखण्ड हर क्षेत्र में अग्रणी राज्यों की श्रेणी में हो, इस दिशा में प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं। सरकार द्वारा संचालित विभिन्न योजनाओं के माध्यम से 1 लाख से अधिक महिलाओं को ’लखपति दीदी’ बनाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि बागवानी के क्षेत्र में भी एक हजार नए बगीचे तैयार किए जाएंगे। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि विकास खंड अगस्त्यमुनि के धारकोट में मिनी स्टेडियम बनाए जाने के लिए एकमुश्त धनराशि दी जायेगी।

स्वास्थ्य व शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने कहा कि जनपद को एक बड़ी सौगात मिली है जिससे कि क्षेत्र के बच्चों को इसका लाभ प्राप्त होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि जनपद को पहली सौगात 1200 करोड़ की लागत से केदारनाथ रोपवे बनाया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही जिला चिकित्सालय में 23 करोड़ की लागत से 50 बेड का क्रिटिकल केयर सेंटर बनाया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में चिकित्सकों की कोई कमी नहीं होगी, तथा 3 हजार नई नर्सों की वर्षवार भर्ती की जाएगी। 800 से अधिक एएनएम की भर्ती की जाएगी। उन्होंने कह कि 1500 एलटी तथा 1500 लेक्चर की तथा 1 हजार बेसिक अध्यापकों की भर्ती की जाएगी।

विधायक रुद्रप्रयाग भरत सिंह चौधरी ने जनपद वासियों को नर्सिंग कॉलेज की सौगात मिलने पर बधाई देते हुए कहा कि नर्सिंग कॉलेज बनने से पैरामेडिकल की पढ़ाई करने के लिए पहाड़ के युवाओं को अन्यत्र दूर नहीं जाना पड़ेगा।
