मुख्यमंत्री ने लोगों की समस्याओं के निस्तारण हेतु अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि समस्याओं को ससमय निस्तारण करें जिससे किसी को भी अनावश्यक परेशानी न हो। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि जनता की समस्या जिस स्तर की हो उसका समाधान उसी स्तर पर होना चाहिए। बेवजह वह समस्या उच्च स्तर पर न आए। अगर ऐसा होता है तो संबंधित अधिकारी की जिम्मेदारी तय की जायेगी।
