सहकारिता मंत्री डॉ0 धन सिंह रावत की अध्यक्षता में आज विकास भवन सभागार में जनपद में बागवानी के अंतर्गत फलदार सेब के बगीचे लगाये जाने के संबंध में किसान-काश्तकारों के साथ कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमें इण्डो डच हॉर्टीकल्चर के निदेशक सुधीर चड्डा व कॉपरेटिव फेडरेशन तथा कोका कोला के प्रतिनिधियों द्वारा उपस्थित किसानों-काश्तकारों को सेब की बागवानी के नये मॉडल के बारे में अवगत कराया। साथ ही जनपद में बागवानी क्षेत्र के विकसित करने में विभागों, प्राइवेट संस्थाओं व स्थानीय मशीनरी का कैसे सहयोग लिया जा सकता है तथा बेहतर बागवानी करने की तकनीक के बारे में विस्तार से बताया गया।
सहकारिता मंत्री ने कहा कि हमारा उद्देश्य जनपद में 01 वर्ष में कम-से-कम 100 बगीचे पायलेट प्रोजेक्ट के तौर पर तैयार करना है, जिससे अन्य किसान भी उनसे प्रेरणा ले सके तथा जनपद की बागवानी के अनुकूल उपलब्ध जलवायु व भौगोलिक दशा का लाभ उठाते हुए अपनी आर्थिकी मजबूत कर सके, इससे पलायन रोकथाम पर भी अंकुश लगेगा। उन्होंने किसानों को सेब के बगीचे तैयार करने के लिए कुछ धनराशि को प्रेरित करने के लिए शून्य ब्याज पर ऋण उपलब्ध कराने को कहा। साथ ही उनको बेहतर प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करने, उनको वित्तिय परामर्श से लेकर बागवानी तैयार करने के सभी तौर-तरिकों की जानकारी और अन्य सभी प्रकार का अपेक्षित सहयोग देने की उपस्थित संस्थाओं से अपेक्षा की।
सहकारिता मंत्री डॉ रावत ने किसानों-काश्तकारों से भी आग्रह किया कि बागवानी तैयार करने के लिए स्थानीय स्तर पर भूमि की आवश्यकता, उसका आपसी समाजस्य से एकीकरण, सिंचाई के लिए जल उपलब्धता और अन्य कार्य के लिए स्वयं भी प्रयास करें तथा इसके लिए विभिन्न विभागों और संस्थाओं से भी सहयोग लें।
डॉ रावत ने मुख्य विकास अधिकारी व मुख्य उद्यान अधिकारी को निर्देशित किया कि वे इस बात का ध्यान रखें कि किसानों को दी जाने वाली विभिन्न प्रकार की सब्सिडी केवल वास्तव में खेती-किसानी करने वाले किसानों को ही उसका लाभ मिले। कहा कि यह भी सुनिश्चित करें कि जिन किसानों को एक या दो योजनाओं में सब्सिडी का लाभ मिल चुका हो उनको ही बार-बार अन्य योजनाओं में सब्सिडी ना दी जाय। साथ ही पूर्व में पॉलीहाउस तथा कृषि बागवानी के संबंध में दी गयी सब्सिडी से कौन-कौन किसान वर्तमान में भी काम कर रहे हैं कौन नहीं, इसका भी सत्यापन करवायें ताकि उन लोगों को किसी भी तरह की सब्सिडी ना मिले जो वास्तव में किसानी तो करते नहीं केवल सब्सिडी के लिए आवेदन करते हैं।
कार्यशाला में इण्डो डच हॉर्टीकल्चर के निदेशक सुधीर चड्डा ने कहा कि केवल प्लाटिंग करना पर्याप्त नहीं बल्कि बेहतर पौध का चयन, प्लाटिंग के बाद समय-समय पर उसको खाद, पानी उपलब्ध कराने, दवा छिड़काव, कटिंग के साथ ही अन्य तकनीकि पहलुओं की जानकारी रखना भी जरूरी है तथा हम किसानों को इसका प्रशिक्षण देने के लिए तैयार हैं।
कॉपरेटिव फेडरेशन प्रतिनिधि विपीन पैन्युली ने भी कहा कि फेडरेशन कास्तकारों को हर तरह की वित्तीय मदद करने को तैयार हैं तथा कोका कोला भी सीएसआर (कॉर्पोरेट सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व) फण्ड के तहत सहायता करने को तैयार हैं।
जिलाधिकारी डॉ0 विजय कुमार जोगदण्डे इस दौरान कृषि, उद्यान, ग्राम्य विकास, पंचायतीराज आदि विभागों को निर्देशित किया कि औद्यानीकरण में सभी विभाग अपनी-अपनी योजनाओं से भी आवश्यक सहयोग करें, जिससे अधिक संसाधन उपलब्ध होने से बेहतर आउटकम प्राप्त हो जाय। कहा कि सेब की बागवानी का यह कार्य विशिष्ट तरिके से संपादित किया जाय जिससे अच्छे परिणाम हांसिल हो सके।
