मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के निर्देश के अनुपालन में आज जिलाधिकारी  सोनिका ने आधुनिक तकनीकि के माध्यम से जनपद के दुरस्त क्षेत्र के लोगों की समस्याओं का निस्तारण हेतु ई-चौपाल का शुभारंम किया। शुभारंभ अवसर पर जनपद के विकासखण्ड कालसी के अन्तर्गत पंचायत घर में पहुंचे फरियादियों से ई-चौपाल के माध्यम से संवाद कर समस्याओं का निराकारण किया। शुभारंभ अवसर पर आज 18 लोगों ने ई-चौपाल के माध्यम से जिलाधिकारी को अपनी समस्या से रूबरू कराया, जबकि उप जिलाधिकारी सौरभ असवाल एवं जिला पंचायतीराज अधिकारी ने कालसी से ई-चौपाल का संचालन किया। अधिकांश शिकायतों पर उप जिलाधिकारी को निरीक्षण करने के आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए वहीं जिला पंचायतीराज अधिकारी को प्राप्त शिकायतों को जिलाधिकारी से मार्क कराते हुए संबंधित विभागों को निस्तारण हेतु कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिए।
जिलाधिकारी  सोनिका ने ऋषिपर्णा सभागार कलेक्ट्रेट से ई-चौपाल के माध्यम से जनपद के विकासखण्ड कालसी अन्तर्गत ग्राम पंचायत तिलवाड़ी के पंचायत में अपनी समस्याएं लेकर पहुंचे लोगों से सीधे संवाद करते हुए लोगों की समस्याओं को सुना। जनपद में आज आयोजित की गई ई-चौपाल में 18 शिकायतें प्राप्त हुई जिनमें जिला पंचायत की 5, जल संस्थान की 3, पशुपालन 1, राजस्व विभाग 3, स्वास्थ्य विभाग 2, शिक्षा विभाग 1, स्वजल विभाग/तहसील कालसी/पंचायतीराज विभाग से संबंधित 2 तथा कृषि विभाग/पंचायतीराज विभाग 1 शिकायत प्राप्त हुई। जिलाधिकारी ने सम्बन्धित अधिकारियों को दिशा-निर्देश दिए
ई-चौपाल में शिकायतकर्ता इसरत ने शौचालय निर्माण, रजिया ने सहिया में नालियों की सफाई, सुरभि ने स्कूल परिसर के समीप कूड़ा फेंके जाने, रामकली ने राजकीय चिकित्सालय कालसी में दवाईयां एवं जांच बाहर से लिखने संबंधी शिकायत, बुद्धराम ने पेयजल समस्या, विजय कुमार ने कूड़ा निस्तारण, श्याम दत्त वर्मा द्वारा परिवार रजिस्ट्रर में ग्राम पंचायत ठीक करने व आपदा में क्षतिग्रस्त हुई फसल का मुआवजा दिलाने, मृत पशुओं के शवों का निस्तारण करने आदि शिकायतें प्राप्त हुई।
जिलाधिकारी ने संबंधित विभागों को निर्देश दिए कि ई चौपाल में जो शिकायतें प्राप्त हुई है उनका त्वरित निस्तारण करें। साथ ही सभी शिकायतों को जिलाधिकारी कार्यालय के शिकायत पटल पर अंकित करने के निर्देश दिए ताकि शिकायतों की माॅनिटिरिंग की जा सके। जिलाधिकारी ने मुख्य विकास अधिकारी को निर्देश दिए कि ई-चौपाल का रोस्टर बनाते हुए दूरस्त क्षेत्र के लोगों को अधिक से अधिक लाभ मिल सके इसके लिए ई-चौपाल के साथ-साथ बहुउद्द्देशीय शिविर का भी आयोजन किया जाए जिसमें संबंधित विभागों को भी सम्मिलित करें ताकि लोगों की समस्याओं के निस्तारण के साथ ही विभिन्न प्रमाण-पत्र, स्वास्थ्य जांच, पेंशन आदि को मौके पर ही बनाया जा सके साथ ही सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ पात्रों तक पहुंचाया जा सके।
जिलाधिकारी ने राजकीय चिकित्सालय में दवाईयां एवं जांच बाहर से लिखने को गंभीरता से लेते हुए उप जिलाधिकारी चकराता/कालसी को चिकित्सालय का निरीक्षण करते हुए जांच करने तथा मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी को सभी एमओआईसी को इसके परिपेक्ष्य में पत्र जारी करने के निर्देश दिए। इसी प्रकार पेयजल की समस्या को लेकर प्राप्त हुई शिकायत पर जिलाधिकारी ने जल संस्थान को आवश्यक कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिए तथा मृत पशुओं के शवों के निस्तारण हेतु जिला पंचायत अधिकारी को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में कूड़ा निस्तारण की समस्या पर जिलाधिकारी ने प्रत्येक ग्राम पंचायत हेतु कूड़ा निस्तारण की प्रभावी कार्य योजना बनाने हेतु स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों के साथ बैठक कर सुझाव प्राप्त कर संबंधित विभागों से समन्वय करते हुए ठोस कार्य योजना बनाने के निर्देश जिला पंयायतीराज अधिकारी को दिए।
ई-चौपाल  में वर्चुअल माध्यम से मुख्य विकास अधिकारी  झरना कमठान, जिला विकास अधिकारी सुशील मोहन डोभाल, विकासखण्ड कालसी से ब्लाॅक प्रमुख कालसी मठोर सिंह चैहान, उप जिलाधिकारी सौरभ असवाल व जिला पंचायतीराज अधिकारी एम.एम खान, खण्ड विकास अधिकारी कालसी सहित अन्य अधिकारी अपने-अपने विभागों से वर्चुअल माध्यम से ई-चौपाल से जुड़े रहे।
