देहरादून – प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने अपने एक दिवसीय जनपद भ्रमण के दौरान देर शाम को रुद्रप्रयाग स्थित गढ़वाल मंडल विकास निगम के गेस्ट हाउस बहुदेश्य भवन में विभागों के अंतर्गत संचालित योजनाओं की समीक्षा ली।
इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने जिले में समाज कल्याण विभाग द्वारा बच्चों, वृद्धजन और दिव्यागों के लिए तैयार महत्वकांक्षी प्रोजेक्ट ‘कवच’ भी लांच किया।
बैठक में जिलाधिकारी द्वारा जनपद में संचालित विभिन्न जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी दी। वहीं पुलिस अधीक्षक आयुष अग्रवाल द्वारा जनपद में यात्रा के दौरान सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को लेकर जानकारी दी।
बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार सरलीकरण समाधान और निस्तारण के मूल मंत्र पर काम कर रही है। सभी विभागों का दायित्व होना चाहिए कि जनता को किसी तरीके की परेशानी ना हो अगर किसी काम में कोई व्यावहारिक दिक्कत है तो उसका रास्ता निकाला जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि तहसील दिवसों को नियमित आयोजित किया जाए। तहसील दिवसों को और अधिक प्रभावशाली बनाने के साथ-साथ बीडीसी की बैठकों में जिलाधिकारी, मुख्य विकास अधिकारी सहित अन्य उच्च अधिकारी को अनिवार्य रूप से प्रतिभाग करने के निर्देश दिए है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिए कि ग्राम सभा में चौपाल की व्यवस्था भी की जाए इसके साथ ही हर गांव में साल में एक विशेष आयोजन कर स्थापना दिवस के तौर पर ग्राम दिवस के रूप में आयोजित किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि हम सबका दायित्व है कि बेहतर कार्य संस्कृति के साथ काम किया जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने विभाग़ों की जनपदीय समीक्षा में पौराणिक जल स्रोतों के पुनर्जीवन करने. नेशनल हाईवे और अन्य मुख्य मार्गों के आसपास वृक्षारोपण करने के साथ ही चार धाम यात्रा मार्ग पर बेहतर व्यवस्था करने के निर्देश दिए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कीवी उत्पादन , हथकरघा व हस्तशिल्प के उत्पादों को और बढ़ावा दिया जाए। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि केदारनाथ धाम में न्यूनतम 15 से 20 हजार लोगों के रहने की व्यवस्था की जाए इसके साथ ही सरकार की योजनाओं एवं सरकारी अभियान में जनता को सहभागी बनाकर आगे बढ़ाया जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिए कि जिला स्तर पर भी आने वाले 25 वर्षों के रोड मैप तैयार किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि आजादी के अमृत महोत्सव के बाद अब अमृत काल में हम सब प्रवेश कर रहे हैं, इसलिए इस अमृत काल में विशेष कार्य योजना के साथ हम सब कार्य करें। उन्होंने कहा कि केदारनाथ तीर्थ यात्रियों को बाबा केदार के दर्शन हेतु पंक्तियों में खड़े होकर इंतजार ना करना पड़े इसके लिए ठोस कार्य योजना तैयार की जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जिस प्रकार भारत सरकार में नीति आयोग थिंक टैंक के रूप में अहम भूमिका निभाता है उसी प्रकार जनपद स्तर पर विकास विभाग भी थिंक टैंक की भूमिका निभा सकता है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरलीकरण समाधान और निस्तारण को कार्यशैली में शामिल करते हुए जनता की समस्याओं के निराकरण की पहल शुरू करें।
बैठक में जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष श्री सुमंत तिवारी, विधायक रुद्रप्रयाग श्री भरत सिंह चौधरी, केदारनाथ श्रीमती शैला रानी रावत, बद्री केदार मंदिर समिति के अध्यक्ष श्री अजेंद्र अजय, जिलाध्यक्ष भाजपा श्री दिनेश उनियाल, जिलाधिकारी श्री मयूर दीक्षित, पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री आयुष अग्रवाल, मुख्य विकास अधिकारी श्री नरेश कुमार, अपर जिला अधिकारी श्री दीपेन्द्र सिंह नेगी, डीएफओ रुद्रप्रयाग श्री अभिमन्यु, डीएफओ केदारनाथ श्री इंद्र सिंह नेगी, जिला विकास अधिकारी सुश्री मनविंदर कौर, परियोजना निदेशक ग्राम विकास श्री रमेश चंद्र, उप जिलाधिकारी श्री परमानन्द राम, उप जिलाधिकारी सुश्री अपर्णा ढोंडियाल , अधीक्षण अभियंता सिंचाई श्री सुधीर कुमार, अधिशासी अभियंता लोनिवि श्री जीत सिंह रावत, जिला बचत अधिकारी श्री सूरत लाल समेत अन्य लोग मौजूद रहे।
