देहरादून – जिलाधिकारी सोनिका द्वारा जनपद में शराब की ओवर रेटिंग एवं निर्धारित समय के उपरान्त खुली दुकानों पर कार्यवाही करने तथा शराब की अवैध बिक्री की शिकायतों/सूचनाओं पर त्वरित कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश आबकारी विभाग को दिए गए हैं। जिला आबाकरी अधिकारी ने अवगत कराया कि उप निरीक्षक, थाना डालनवाला देहरादून द्वारा अपने पत्र के माध्यम से अवगत कराया है कि 19 को रात्रि में करीब 2.00 बजे गश्त करते हुए रोजगार तिराहे पर स्थित देशी मदिरा दुकान के बाहर कुछ व्यक्ति खेडे हुए जिनसे रात्रि में वहां खड़े होने का कारण पूछते हुए नाम पता पूछा तो व्यक्ति ने अपना नाम (1) निशांत पुत्र स्व0 प्रमोद तिवारी, दीपनगर, देहरादून (2) गोलू पुत्र भुवन चन्द जोशी निवासी करनपुर, डालनवाला देहरादून (3) अमित थापा पुत्र शेर बहादुर निवासी डोईवाला रेशममाजरी देहरादून ने बताया कि वे बीयर लेने आए हैं। दुकान का शटर ऊपर उठवाया गया तो अंदर दो सेल्समैन मौजूद मिले जो पुलिसकर्मियों को देखकर ऊपर की ओर भागने लगे जिन्हें मौके पर पकड़ा गया व इतनी रात्रि में दुकान के अंदर मौजूदगी का कारण पूछा तो कहने लगे वे रात्रि में ओवररेट पर शराब बेचकर ज्यादा मुनाफा कमाते हैं।
जिला आबकारी अधिकारी ने मदिरा दुकान को आबकारी नीति/नियमों के विपरीत जानबूझकर देर रात्रि को ज्यादा मुनाफा कमाने के लिए खुलवाया गया तथा दुकान में लगे सी०सी०टी०वी० की फुटेज जो पुलिस विभाग द्वारा साथ में प्रेषित की गयी है जिसमें आबकारी नीति विषयक नियमावली 2021 में दिये गये प्राविधानों का उल्लंघन किया जाना प्रतीत हो रहा है। जिला आबकारी अधिकारी ने सम्बन्धित अनुज्ञापी का स्पष्टीकरण तलब करते हुए नियमों के उल्लंघन की पुष्टि होने पर आबकारी नीति में वर्णित प्राविधानों अन्तर्गत कार्यवाही किये जाने चेतावनी दी है।
