पिथौरागढ़ – मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने धारचूला क्षेत्र के मल्ला छारछुम में भारत-नेपाल राष्ट्र के बीच काली नदी पर 32 करोड़ 98 लाख 40 हजार रुपए की लागत से बन रहे 110 मीटर स्पान डबल लेन मोटर सेतु का शिलान्यास किया।

भारत-नेपाल के बीच आवागमन होगा सुगम, आपसी संबंध होंगे और मजबूत –

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि यह सेतु बहुत ही महत्व का सेतु(पुल) है। इस सेतु के बनने से भारत और नेपाल के बीच आवागमन सुगम होगा, व्यापार बढ़ेगा तथा रोजगार में वृद्धि होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि यह सेतु एक वर्ष के भीतर बनकर तैयार हो जाएगा। उन्होंने कार्यदायी संस्था लोक निर्माण विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि इस पुल का निर्माण गुणवत्ता के साथ तेजी से किया जाए। पुल की गुणवत्ता के साथ किसी भी प्रकार का समझौता नहीं किया जाएगा।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि मुझे इस पुल के शिलान्यास पर बहुत ही खुशी महसूस हो रही है। जिस काली नदी के किनारे पैदा होकर मुझे बड़ा होने का सौभाग्य मिला है, उस नदी पर बन रहे पुल की स्वीकृति भी मेरे हाथों से ही हुई है। मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि इस पुल के बन जाने से हमारे और नेपाल देश के बीच रोटी -बेटी का संबंध और मजबूत होगा।

प्रधानमंत्री के मार्गदर्शन में राज्य में कनेक्टीवीटी में अभूतपूर्व काम –

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के मार्गदर्शन में राज्य में विभिन्न जन कल्याणकारी योजनाओं को आगे बढ़ाने का काम किया जा रहा है। सीमांत गांवों के विकास के लिए काम हो रहा है। मार्ग कनेक्टिविटी, दूरसंचार कनेक्टिविटी के लिए तेजी से काम हो रहे हैं। निश्चित रूप से यह दशक उत्तराखंड का दशक होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि जनपद के आपदा प्रभावितों के पुनर्वास के लिए हर संभव प्रयास किए जाएंगे। हमारी सरकार सहयोगी और साझीदार के रूप में जनता के साथ खड़ी हे!

भारत-नेपाल सीमा पर उतराखण्ड में टनकपुर के बाद यह दूसरा मोटर सेतु होगा –

छारछुम में भारत- नेपाल राष्ट्र के बीच काली नदी पर बन रहा 110 मीटर स्पान डबल लेन सेतु बहुत ही महत्व का सेतु होगा। भारत-नेपाल सीमा पर उतराखण्ड राज्य में टनकपुर के बाद यह दूसरा मोटर सेतु होगा। इस सेतु पर छोटे-बड़े सभी प्रकार के वाहन चल सकेंगें। इस सेतु के बन जाने से भारत व नेपाल देश के बीच व्यापारिक सम्बन्धों को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। स्थानीय लोगों को आवागमन की सुविधा मिलेगी।

इस अवसर पर क्षेत्रीय विधायक हरीश धामी,ब्लाक प्रमुख धारचूला धन सिंह धामी,नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष धारचूला राजेश्वरी देवी, जिलाधिकारी डॉ आशीष चौहान,एसपी लोकेश्वर सिंह, एससी लोनिवि एके कांडपाल आदि उपस्थित थे।
