देहरादून – मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सर्वे चौक स्थित आई.आर.डी.टी सभागार में सुशासन, पारदर्शी एवं भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त उत्तराखण्ड के सबंध में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने घोषणा की कि विजिलेंस का 02 करोड़ रूपये का रिवॉल्विंग फण्ड बनाया जायेगा। राज्य में विजिलेंस को सशक्त बनाया जायेगा, इसके ढ़ाचे एवं अन्य सुविधाओं को बढ़ाया जायेगा। विजिलेंस में सराहनीय कार्य करने वाले कार्मिकों को प्रोत्साहन राशि दी जायेगी। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने 04 विसलब्लोवर को सम्मानित भी किया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार ने भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त देवभूमि का संकल्प लिया है। 2025 तक उत्तराखण्ड को भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त एवं नशामुक्त बनाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त उत्तराखण्ड के लिए सभी विभागों को विजिलेंस के साथ समन्वय से कार्य करना होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में विजिलेंस को और मजबूत बनाना है। उन्होंने कहा कि जो ईमानदारी से कार्य कर रहे हैं, उन्हें किसी से डरने की जरूरत नहीं है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त उत्तराखण्ड के लिए 1064 एप लॉच होने के बाद से इस एप पर अभी तक 5 हजार से अधिक शिकायतें आ चुकी हैं। जो शिकायतें भ्रष्टाचार से संबंधित हैं, उन पर सतर्कता विभाग द्वारा लगातार कारवाई की जा रही, जो सराहनीय कार्य है। जो शिकायतें भ्रष्टाचार से संबंधित नहीं हैं, लेकिन 1064 पर प्राप्त हो रही हैं, उन्हें सीएम हेल्पलाईन से जोड़ा गया है, ताकि जन समस्याओं का तेजी से समाधान हो सके। इस दिशा में भी सतर्कता विभाग द्वारा सराहनीय कार्य किया जा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जन समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान के लिए सरकार सरलीकरण, समाधान, निस्तारण एवं संतुष्टि के भाव से कार्य कर रही है।
इस अवसर पर अपर मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी, डीजीपी अशोक कुमार, प्रमुख सचिव आर.के. सुधांशु, विशेष प्रमुख सचिव अभिनव कुमार, निदेशक सतर्कता अमित सिन्हा, शासन एवं पुलिस के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
