अल्मोड़ा – मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने जागेश्वर धाम में पहुंचकर प्रसिद्ध श्रावणी मेले का शुभारंभ किया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने बाबा जागेश्वर धाम में पूजा अर्चना कर प्रदेशवासियों की सुख, समृद्धि एवं खुशहाली की कामना की। मुख्यमंत्री ने हरेला पर्व पर प्रदेशवासियों को बधाई दी तथा जागेश्वर धाम परिसर में पौधारोपण भी किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने विधानसभा जागेश्वर में कुल 12.35 करोड़ लागत की विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं का शिलान्यास एवं लोकार्पण किया जिसमे 77.31 लाख रुपए की योजनाओं का लोकार्पण एवं 11.58 करोड़ की योजनाओं का शिलान्यास शामिल है। जागेश्वर धाम के धार्मिक महत्व को समझते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि मानस मंदिर माला योजना के अन्तर्गत जागेश्वर धाम का भी विकास किया जाएगा।

 

इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि राज्य सरकार विकल्प रहित संकल्प के मंत्र पर कार्य कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के मार्गदर्शन में प्रदेश निरंतर विकास के पथ पर गतिमान है तथा राज्य स्थापना के 25 वें वर्ष में देश के सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्यों में अपनी पहचान बनाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि केन्द्र सरकार के स्तर पर पिछले 5 वर्षों में राज्य के लिए 1.25 लाख करोड़ रपए की योजनाएं स्वीकृत हुई हैं। उन्होंने आयुष्मान योजना, अटल आवास योजना, उज्ज्वला योजना, मुद्रा योजना जैसी अनेक योजनाओं की उपलब्धियां गिनाई तथा कहा कि उनकी सरकार द्वारा भी लोकहित में अनेक योजनायें स्वीकृत की है।

उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में नई शिक्षा नीति के लागू होने से प्रदेश की शिक्षा प्रणाली में व्यापक सुधारवादी परिवर्तन देखने को मिलेंगे। कहा कि समान नागरिक संहिता को लागू करने वाला उत्तराखंड पहला प्रदेश होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि इसके लिए 5 सदस्य समिति ने कार्य प्रारंभ कर दिया है।

उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सचिवालय में जन समस्याओं के समाधान के लिये प्रत्येक सोमवार को नो मीटिंग डे का नियम बनाया गया है। सरलीकरण, समाधान एवं निस्तारण के मंत्र का पालन करते हुए प्रत्येक सोमवार को अधिकारी जनता की समस्याएं सुनेंगे तथा उनका समाधान करेंगे।

जिले के प्रभारी मंत्री तथा चिकित्सा, स्वास्थ्य एवं शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने हरेला पर्व एवं श्रावणी मेले के शुभारंभ पर बधाइयां एवं शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि आने वाले एक महीने में जनपद में सौ प्रतिशत शिक्षकों की तैनाती की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि पहली बार जनपद में डॉक्टरों की पर्याप्त तैनाती की गई है।

स्थानीय विधायक मोहन सिंह मेहरा ने जागेश्वर धाम में लगने वाले श्रावणी मेले के शुभारंभ पर मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के आने के लिए जनपद वासियों की ओर से उनका आभार व्यक्त किया। उन्होंने जागेश्वर विधानसभा के लिए 12.35 करोड़ की योजनाओं का शिलान्यास एवं लोकार्पण करने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री का आभार भी व्यक्त किया।

 

इस अवसर पर कपकोट विधायक सुरेश गडिया, पूर्व विधायक कैलाश शर्मा, जिलाधिकारी सुश्री वंदना, पूर्व जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष पार्वती मेहरा, भारतीय जनता पार्टी युवा मोर्चा अध्यक्ष कुंदन लटवाल, मंडल अध्यक्ष प्रकाश भट्ट समेत अन्य अधिकारी एवं पदाधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
