देहरादून – मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शुक्रवार को सुद्धोवाला देहरादून में अक्षय पात्र, फाउण्डेशन, द हंस फाउण्डेशन तथा शिक्षा विभाग के सहयोग से 63वें केन्द्रीयकृत मिड-डे-मील किचन का शुभारम्भ किया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने विभिन्न स्कूलों के बच्चों को मिड-डे-मील पहुचांने के लिए वाहनों को हरी झण्डी दिखाकर रवाना किया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने स्कूल के बच्चों के साथ बैठकर भोजन किया। बच्चों ने इस दौरान अपनी जिज्ञासाओं को पूरी करने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री से सवाल पूछे। मुख्यमंत्री ने बच्चों की सभी जिज्ञासाओं को पूरा किया। केन्द्रीयकृत किचन के शुभारंभ के अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने एक छोटी बच्ची को गोद में लेकर दुलार किया।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड सरकार, अक्षय पात्र फाउण्डेशन एवं हंस फाउण्डेशन के सामुहिक प्रयासों से बच्चों को उच्च गुणवत्तायुक्त एवं पौष्ठिक भोजन की शुरूआत हुई है। अभी इस मिड-डे-मील की शुरूआत 120 स्कूलों के 15 हजार से अधिक बच्चों के लिए की गई है। आने वाले समय में इसे 500 से अधिक स्कूलों के 35 हजार से अधिक बच्चों के लिए केन्द्रीयकृत किचन के माध्यम से भोजन की व्यवस्था की जायेगी। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि बच्चे देश का भविष्य हैं। बच्चों का जीवन स्वस्थ हो और उन्हें उचित पोषण मिले इसके लिए हर संभव प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि हंस फाउण्डेशन द्वारा स्वास्थ्य एवं शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में सराहनीय कार्य किया जा रहा है। कोरोना काल में प्रदेश में जरूरतमंदों को हर संभव मदद हंस फाउण्डेशन द्वारा दी गई, जिसके लिए मुख्यमंत्री ने हंस फाउण्डेशन के प्रणेता भोले जी महाराज एवं मंगला जी माता का आभार व्यक्त किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि अक्षयपात्र फाउण्डेशन ने भी देवभूमि में सेवा भाव के कार्यों का शुभारम्भ किया है, जिसके लिए उन्होंने अक्षयपात्र फाउण्डेशन के पदाधिकारियों का आभार व्यक्त किया।
शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने कहा कि अक्षय पात्र, फाउण्डेशन, द हंस फाउण्डेशन तथा शिक्षा विभाग के सहयोग से जो केन्द्रीयकृत किचन का शुभारम्भ किया गया है। प्रधानमंत्री पोषण कार्यक्रम के तहत स्कूली बच्चों को स्वादिष्ट व पौष्टिक भोजन परोसा जायेगा। राज्य में पांच लाख से अधिक बच्चों को सरकार द्वारा मध्यान भोजना उपलब्ध कराया जाता है। डॉ0 रावत ने कहा कि हंस फाउंडेशन एवं अक्षय पात्र फाउंडेशन के संयुक्त प्रयासों से आज राज्य में दूसरी एकीकृत रसोई की शुरूआत की गई है, इससे पहले गदरपुर में एकीकृत रसोई का संचालन शुरू कर दिया गया है। राज्य सरकार एक से लेकर बाहरवीं कक्षा तक के बच्चों को निःशुल्क किताब, बस्ता, उपलब्ध करा रही है। इसके साथ ही स्कूलों में हर प्रकार की व्यवस्था कर रही है ताकि बच्चों को पठन-पाठन में कोई परेशानी न हो। डॉ0 रावत ने बताया कि एक माह में 22 लाख बच्चों को निःशुल्क दवा उपलब्ध की गई। स्कूल खुलने पर बच्चों का निःशुल्क स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण किया जायेगा साथ ही उन्हें मुफ्त दवा भी दी जायेगी।
कार्यक्रम हंस फाउण्डेशन की संस्थापक भोले जी महाराज, माता मंगला जी, अक्षय पात्र फाउंडेशन के वाइस चेयरमैन चंचलापति दास, विधायक एवं पूर्व शिक्षा मंत्री अरविंद पाण्डे, विधायक सहदेव पुण्डीर, मुन्ना सिंह चौहान, सचिव आर. मीनाक्षी सुदंरम, शिक्षा महानिदेशक वंशीधर तिवारी एवं शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
