मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने किया उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस एप तथा ई-एफआईआर सेवा का शुभारम्भ।

देहरादून – मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मुख्यमंत्री कैंप कार्यालय स्थित सभागार में उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस एप तथा ई-एफआईआर सेवा का शुभारम्भ किया। उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस की 5 विभिन्न ऑनलाईन सेवा का एकीकरण कर नया पुलिस एप तैयार किया गया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पुलिस एप के माध्यम जनता को बेहतर सुविधाएं उपलब्ध हो सकेगी। उन्होंने इसे सरलीकरण, समाधान एवं निस्तारण के मंत्र के साथ जन सेवा के लिये किया गया बेहतर प्रयास बताया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के स्मार्ट पुलिसिंग के विचार को धरातल पर उतारने की भी यह सराहनीय पहल है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने इस एप का व्यापक प्रचार प्रसार किये जाने के निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि नशामुक्त उत्तराखण्ड बनाने तथा चारधाम के साथ ही नये पर्यटन गंतव्यों को बढ़ावा देने की भी इसके माध्यम से प्रभावी व्यवस्था हो। उन्होंने आम जनता की सुविधा के लिये पुलिस विभाग के अलावा अन्य विभागों को भी अपनी आन लाइन सेवाओं के माध्यम से प्रयास किये जाने चाहिए। जनता को बेहतर सुविधाये प्रदान करना हमारा उदेद्श्य होना चाहिए।

पुलिस महानिदेशक अशोक कुमार ने बताया कि उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस एप के माध्यम से उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस द्वारा आम-जनता के लिये संचालित की जा रही सभी ऑनलाईन सुविधाओं का एक साथ एकीकरण किया गया है, जिसमें उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस द्वारा संचालित ऑनलाईन एप्प- गौरा शक्ति (महिला सम्बन्धी प्रकरणों में जनपद के किसी भी अधिकारी की शिकायत), ट्रैफिक आई (किसी भी व्यक्ति द्वारा यातायात नियमों के उल्लंघन की जानकारी), पब्लिक आई (किसी भी सुरक्षा सम्बन्धी कानून नियम का उल्लंघन), मेरी यात्रा (उत्तराखण्ड चार धाम से सम्बन्धित जानकारी और पर्यटन संबंधी) एवं लक्ष्य नशा मुक्त उत्तराखण्ड (नशे से बचाव व उससे सम्बधित जानकारी) जैसी सभी महत्वपूर्ण ऑनलाईन एप्प को एक ही एप्प उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस एप्प के नाम से प्रारम्भ कर आम जनता को सुविधा प्रदान की गयी हैं। उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस एप्प में आम-जनता को आपतकालीन नम्बर 112 व अपनी साथ हुयी साइबर वित्तीय धोखाधडी की शिकायत दर्ज करने हेतु साइबर हैल्प लाईन नम्बर 1930 को भी जोडा गया है ।

उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस एप के माध्यम से अब आम जन नागरिक वेब पोर्टल (नागरिक पोर्टल) या मोबाइल फोन का उपयोग कर अपने चोरी हुये वाहनों/गुमशुदा दस्तावेजों की ऑनलाईन रिपोर्ट उत्तराखण्ड राज्य के किसी भी जनपद से घर बैठे ही करा सकेंगे। वाहन चोरी/दस्तावेज गुमशुदा सम्बन्धी रिपोर्ट दिये गये विवरण के अनुसार भरनी होगी, जनता द्वारा दी गयी जानकारी तुरन्त ही सीधे ई0एफ0आर0 पंजीकरण हेतु प्राधिकृत साइबर थाना देहरादून को आनलाईन प्राप्त होगी जिस पर साइबर थाना देहरादून द्वारा तत्काल कार्यवाही करते हुये प्राप्त शिकायत का देखकर उस पर ई0एफ0आई0आर0 की जायेगी ।

इस अवसर पर अपर मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी, विशेष प्रमुख सचिव मुख्यमंत्री अभिनव कुमार सहित वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
