देहरादून : मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सोमवार को अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के पूर्व दिवस पर “रन फॉर योग” कार्यक्रम के तहत घण्टाघर से एम०के०पी० चौक तक आयोजित दौड़ में शामिल होकर योग के प्रति युवाओं एवं जनता को जागरूकता का संदेश दिया।

कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने पूरी दुनिया में योग को मान्यता दिलवाई। उन्होंने कहा प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के नेतृत्व में आज पूरी दुनिया अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस को एक उत्सव के रूप में मना रही है, साथ ही संस्कृति, धर्म, भारत की परंपराओं के संरक्षण का कार्य आज प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में चल रहा है।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि शरीर और मन दोनों को सेहतमंद बनाए रखने के लिए नियमित रूप से दिनचर्या में योगासनों को शामिल करके लाभ प्राप्त किया जा सकता है। उन्होंने कहा योग का अभ्यास शरीर, श्वास और मन को जोड़ता है। साथ ही योग से शरीर, विचार हमेशा स्वस्थ सकारात्मक रहते हैं उन्होंने कहां दौड़ की अगुवाई कर रहे एनसीसी युवाओं को देख उन्हें अपना बचपन याद आ गया। उन्होंने अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस को एक उत्सव के रूप में मनाए जाने का सभी से आग्रह किया।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि देहरादून शहर देश के प्रमुख शहरों में से एक है इसकी स्वच्छता से हम पूरे देश में पर्यावरण के प्रति सकारात्मक संकेत दे सकते हैं। उन्होंने कहा क्लीन सिटी ग्रीन सिटी यह मेरा ड्रीम सिटी के साथ आप सभी जुड़े एवं अपने शहर को सुंदर और स्वच्छ बनाएं, इस दौरान उन्होंने स्वच्छता को सहभागिता से किया जाने वाला कार्य बताया। उन्होंने कहा हम इकोलॉजी एवं इकोनामी में समन्वय बनाकर देहरादून शहर का विकास करेंगे।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड राज्य विकास के नए आयामों को छू रहा है। उन्होंने कहा आज केदारनाथ का प्रांगण ने दिव्य भव्य और नया रूप ले लिया है इसके साथ ही बद्रीनाथ धाम का मास्टर प्लान भी शुरू कर दिया गया है। उन्होंने आने वाले 25 वर्ष को उत्तराखंड को प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य बनाए जाने, एवं आत्मनिर्भर उत्तराखंड बनाए जाने की बात कही।
