देहरादून – विशेष प्रमुख सचिव सूचना अभिनव कुमार ने रिंग रोड स्थित सूचना निदेशालय में सूचना विभाग के अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक करते हुए निर्देश दिये कि सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं को विभिन्न माध्यमों से जन-जन तक पहुंचाया जाए। सीमान्त जनपदों के लोगों तक सरकार की योजनाओं को पहुंचाया जाए। समाज के अन्तिम पंक्ति पर खड़े लोगों को सरकार की योजनाओं का पूरा लाभ मिले, सरकार की इस मंशा को पूरा करने के लिए प्रिन्ट, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक एवं सोशल मीडिया के अलावा अन्य माध्यमों से भी लोगों को विभिन्न योजनाओं की जानकारी दी जाए।
विशेष प्रमुख सचिव सूचना ने कहा कि सरकार की योजनाओं एवं राज्य के विकास के लिए हुए महत्वपूर्ण कार्यों की विभिन्न विभागों से सूचना मांगी जाए, ताकि इनकी आमजन को जानकारी मिल सके। उन्होंने कहा कि समय के साथ कार्यों में आधुनिक तकनीक का प्रयोग अधिक हो रहा है। सूचनाओं के आदान-प्रदान में आधुनिक तकनीक एवं बेहतर लोक सम्पर्क के लिए जिला सूचना अधिकारियों एवं सूचना अधिकारियों के विशेष प्रशिक्षण की व्यवस्था की जाए। सरकार की योजनाओं के व्यापक-प्रचार प्रसार के लिए सभी विभागों के समन्वय बनाये रखें।
विशेष प्रमुख सचिव ने कहा कि चारधाम यात्रा के दृष्टिगत सरकार द्वारा की गई विभिन्न व्यवस्थाओं एवं श्रद्धालुओं को दी जा रही सुविधाओं का भी व्यापक स्तर पर प्रचार प्रसार किया जाए। विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा चारधाम यात्रा मार्गों पर श्रद्धालुओं की दी जा रही सुविधाओं के बारे में विभिन्न प्रचार माध्यमों से जानकारी दी जाए।
