देहरादून – मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी का चंपावत उपचुनाव में ऐतिहासिक विजय के बाद देहरादून पहुंचने पर बड़ी संख्या में पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं एवं आम जनता द्वारा गर्मजोशी के साथ स्वागत किया गया। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी शनिवार को पंतनगर से स्टेट प्लेन से जौलीग्रांट एयरपोर्ट आए तथा वहां से हेलीकॉप्टर द्वारा परेड ग्राउण्ड पहुंचे।
परेड ग्रांउण्ड में हेलीकॉप्टर से उतरते ही मुख्यमंत्री का पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं एवं आम जनता द्वारा भव्य रूप से किया गया स्वागत भी ऐतिहासिक रहा। परेड ग्राउण्ड से मुख्यमंत्री खुले वाहन में सवार होकर भारी जन समूह के साथ बलबीर रोड़ स्थित प्रदेश भाजपा कार्यालय पहुंचे। इस पूरे रास्ते सर्वे चौक, ई.सी रोड़, आराघर चौक आदि स्थानों पर बड़ी संख्या में लोग उनके स्वागत के लिये मौजूद रहे। इस रोड शो में मुख्यमंत्री के जयकार के साथ भी बड़ी संख्या में पार्टी कार्यकर्ता एवं आम जनता साथ चलती रही। इस खुले वाहन में कैबिनेट मंत्री गणेश जोशी, विधायक एवं भाजपा अध्यक्ष मदन कौशिक, विधायक खजान दास, मेयर सुनील उनियाल गामा तथा अन्य पदाधिकारी मुख्यमंत्री के साथ रहे।
प्रदेश भाजपा कार्यालय पहुंचने पर मुख्यमंत्री का कैबिनेट मंत्री प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल, सुबोध उनियाल, डा0 धन सिंह रावत, चंदन राम दास, सौरभ बहुगुणा, पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री एवं सांसद डॉ रमेश पोखरियाल ‘निशंक’, नरेश बंसल, मनोनीत राज्यसभा सांसद डॉ कल्पना सैनी सहित वरिष्ठ पदाधिकारियों के साथ बड़ी संख्या में पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं ने उनका स्वागत किया।


मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने उपचुनाव में सहयोग के लिये सभी का व्यक्तिगत रूप से आभार जताते हुए प्रदेशवासियों के साथ ही विशेष रूप से चंपावत की जनता का हृदय से आभार व्यक्त किया तथा जनता के विश्वास एवं भरोसे पर समर्पित भाव से कार्य करने की प्रतिबद्धता दोहराई। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि चम्पावत उपचुनाव की बड़ी जीत ने उन्हें बड़ी जिम्मेदारी भी दी है। उनका हर पल प्रदेश की जनता की सेवा के लिये समर्पित है। राज्य वासियों की अपेक्षाओं पर खरा उतरने का उनका सतत् प्रयास रहेगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश की देवतुल्य जनता ने प्रदेश में एक दल की दुबारा सरकार न बनाने के मिथक को तोड़ा है। इसके लिये भी वे प्रदेश की जनता के आभारी है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस चुनाव में सबकी भावनायें जुड़ी थी। यह हम सबका सामूहिक चुनाव था, जिसमें सभी ने अपनी जिम्मेदारी निभाई। उन्होंने कहा कि सैनिक पुत्र होने तथा साधारण परिवेश में पला बढ़ा होने के नाते वे प्रदेश के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों की समस्याओं से परिचित है। हर क्षेत्र का पूरे मनोयोग एवं समर्पित भाव से जन अपेक्षाओं के अनुरूप समग्र विकास ही उनका लक्ष्य रहेगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड 2025 तक देश के अग्रणी एवं श्रेष्ठ राज्य के रूप में पहचान बनाये, यह उनका प्रयास रहेगा। अपने अथक प्रयासों और परिश्रम के साथ सबके सहयोग से हम इस दिशा में सफल होंगे। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कोरोना महामारी का प्रभाव कम होने के बाद प्रदेश के चार धामों में भारी संख्या में तीर्थयात्री एवं पर्यटक आ रहे है। सबकी यात्रा सुखद, सुगम एवं सुरक्षित हो इसके लिए निरंतर प्रयास किये जा रहे है। किसी भी तरह की असुविधां श्रद्धालुओं को न हो इसके लिए अधिकारियों को कारगर व्यवस्था बनाने के निर्देश दिये गए हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी का उत्तराखण्ड के प्रति विशेष लगाव सर्वविदित है। उनके कुशल नेतृत्व में देश का मान सम्मान देश व दुनिया में बढ़ा है। आज देश में सबका साथ, सबका विकास, सबका विश्वास की भावना के साथ बिना किसी भेदभाव के योजनाओं का लाभ सभी को प्राप्त हो रहा है। उन्होंने इस ऐतिहासिक जीत के लिये प्रधानमंत्री मोदी का भी आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री के मार्गदर्शन ने उन्हें इतना सौभाग्यशाली बनाया कि आज वह समस्त उत्तराखण्ड के स्नेह व आशीर्वाद का पात्र बने है। प्रधानमंत्री के कुशल नेतृत्व ने कोरोना महामारी में देशवासियों को कोरोना टीकाकरण के साथ ही निःशुल्क खाद्यान उपलब्ध कराने का कार्य किया जिससे 80 करोड़ लोगों को राहत मिली है।
