देहरादून : कांग्रेस के पूर्व राष्ट्रीय महासचिव व पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हरीश रावत का इस कथन कि इस समय कांग्रेस डाउन है से साफ है कि कांग्रेस ने चुनाव से पूर्व पराजय स्वीकार कर ली है।
भाजपा प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष डॉ देवेंद्र भसीन ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड सहित देश में सभी राज्यों में कांग्रेस की हालत बद से बदतर हो रही है। यह बात हरीश रावत के बयान से भी सिद्ध होती है।
उन्होंने कहा कि एक ओर कांग्रेस में हरीश रावत के विधानसभा चुनाव लड़ने और न लगाने को लेकर असमंजस की स्थिति है, वहीं हरीश रावत ने एक प्रेस साक्षत्कार में स्वयं कहा कि कांग्रेस की फॉर्म इस समय डाउन है। इससे साफ है कि वे आने वाले विधानसभा चुनाव में अपनी पार्टी की पराजय स्वीकार कर रहे हैं। यद्यपि पत्रकार द्वारा दोबारा सवाल करने पर श्री रावत ने उत्तराखंड को लेकर जरूर सफाई दी लेकिन उनकी सफाई उत्तराखंड में अपनी स्थिति को बचाने की कोशिश से अधिक नहीं थी। डॉ. देवेंद्र भसीन ने कहा कि कांग्रेस की उत्तराखंड सहित सभी चुनावी राज्यों में स्थिति बहुत खराब है और उसके नेताओं में भारी निराशा छाई हुई है। इस पर कांग्रेस की अंदरूनी गुटबाजी चाहे वह उत्तराखंड में है या पंजाब ,उत्तर प्रदेश या अन्य राज्यों में है , उससे भी कांग्रेस का पतन स्पष्ट दिखाई दे रहा है। उन्होंने कहा भारतीय जनता पार्टी और कांग्रेस में अंतर इस बात से भी दिखाई देता है कि जब भाजपा केंद्रीय कार्यालय में चुनाव प्रभारी प्रहलाद जोशी और राष्ट्रीय महामंत्री अरुण सिंह ने भाजपा उम्मीदवारों की सूची घोषित की तो उसमें पहला नाम मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी का लिया गया जिनके नेतृत्व में उत्तराखंड में भाजपा चुनाव लड़ रही है। दूसरी ओर कांग्रेस ने आधी रात में सूची जारी की और उसमें भी हरीश रावत जो स्वयं कहते थे कि वे चुनाव का नेतृत्व करेंगे का नाम गायब था। अब यह साफ नहीं हो पा रहा है कि हरीश रावत चुनाव लड़ेंगे अथवा नहीं। उनके बयान भी बता रहे हैं कि वे खुद चुनाव से भाग रहे हैं।
